We had a wonderful time on our vacation at the beach colony. We found it very easy to communicate with Chris and management with questions and small issues such as bad light bulb. The view and accommodation was very satisfying. The beach and beach service was also very good. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great location, wonderful view, nice pool. Owner was very prompt and responsive. Close enough to walk to nice restaurant/bars with a 'beach vibe'. The pier is worth the 1 fee, for sure! A definite 'home run'!

The condo had everything we needed. The couch and chairs could stand to be cleaned. The 2nd bedroom sheets had a 5 inch spot on it. There were no dishwasher pods.The balcony sliding door bottom was very dirty,Overall it was a great place stay.

Everything was great- condo was as described, easy communication with the owner, stunning views with plenty of comfy chairs to sit in on the balcony, everything needed for cooking, and was clean upon arrival.

The property was VERY clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. I even accidentally broke the carafe for the coffee pot & the owners were extremely nice about it and even sent a new one the next day! Very responsive all around. You CANNOT beat the views in this condo. Very comfy beds and seating. We had the best time!

Grandkids 1st time to Navarre and the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf and pier! The condo was clean and accommodating.We loved how big the balcony was! We would definitely stay there again.

Our first stay at the beach colony west. Condo was comfortable & clean- pool area was amazing. Grills were clean. We will definitely stay in this condo again. This particular area of the beach is a little more crowded than where we have stayed previously so getting a chair / umbrella next to the water was challenging unless you went down very early.
