It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away. The village, Sant Jordi, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other local shops.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms except one, where there is a fan. It has central heating.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
