About this property

Modern 3 bed villa with Private Pool & 180 sea views

'La Villa' is a beautifully renovated villa with plentiful outside space and luscious gardens. From the 180 degree sea view roof terrace you can see part of Es Vedra and other islands as well as the West Coast sunset from the terrace or hot tub on 1st floor. The villa has a fresh, modern ''Ibiza style'' decor and is located between the beaches of Cala Vadella (5 mins drive) and Cala Moli. The airport is 20 mins drive away and Ibiza town 25 minutes. 'La Villa' has 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6 people, with an optional 7th on a sofa-bed in living room.

The space

Upon entering, you are in the living room, which the fully equipped kitchen adjoins. The living room has glass sliding doors which disappear fully opening out onto the terrace and swimming pool. Property has Wifi German/Spanish and English TV channels and Netflix access. There are several seating areas around the pool, an outdoor shower, a large dining area, outdoor kitchen with Gas BBQ.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a master bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This bedroom also has access to the terrace and pool. A staircase in the living room leads to the first floor where the other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are. From here you have access to the roof terrace, which can also be reached from a staircase outside. All rooms have AC for those hot Summer days.

The Atzaro- style garden which wraps around the house is very well maintained and gives a tropical touch to 'La Villa". The house is child-friendly, but there is no railing on the 1st floor terrace.

Guest access

All of the property with exception of locked wardrobe in master bedroom and a locked larder cupboard in the utility room.

Interaction with guests

We have a host on site in Ibiza who manages check-in /check-out and can also for an extra charge provide concierge services.

Other things to note

The beach of Cala Vadella is just five minutes away by car and is a stunning cove with calm clear blue waters, perfect for young families.

Heerlijk verblijf

Prachtige woning. Vooral het dakterras is een plaatje! Daar vandaan is het puur genieten van de zonsondergang. De keuken is eenvoudig maar voldoende. De kamers zijn prachtig. Fijne bedden. Heel gastvrije ontvangst. We mochten eerder inchecken en later uitchecken.

BEST SUNSETS IN IBIZA

We really loved staying at Luisa’s place. We were 7 girls and slept very comfortably. Everything about the listing is correct. Just remember to bring or buy your own toiletries, including TP. Would definitely go back :)
