Thank you for a terrific vacation. Sol Mate is a wonderful property with plenty of room for families looking for individual space and open space for gathering together. The pool, upper deck and family room are all great. The home was very clean and communication was perfect. Thank you!!! Five stars all around.

This house was exactly as listed, beautifully decorated, within steps to the beach. For our multi-generational family it was perfect. The backyard area was outstanding and used every day which has not always been our experience when renting a beach house. The rooftop deck was perfect at sunset. The only reason for a four star review was an issue that we had with the downstairs bathroom which has since been rectified. Otherwise it would have been five stars. Definitely would rent again.

Great property for families

Spacious with plenty of beds and room for a family to spread out. Plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware. Lots of balcony space and a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy sunsets.

Wonderful stay.

The house was clean, beautifully decorated, but not too fussy for a family with kids. We enjoyed the big kitchen and open area to dining where we had a scrumptious Thanksgiving dinner. The location was near many attractions. Even with lousy weather, there was enough to do that everyone remained very happy!

Amazing location

We have been coming to Anastasia Island for 3 years and this has been the best property so far! The location and views are great and we had everything we needed. The property manager was on top of everything. We had enough space for our whole family. They have an everything you could need.

Family weekend

Sol Mate is a dream vacation spot ! We had a small wedding reception with just our family and it was amazing!! The house was clean, everything was just as expected… and customer service is stellar. I highly recommend this location and we will be back as soon as we can!

Another great beach vacation

This was our second stay at Sol Mate— upgraded mattresses, a new hot tub, a new office space and more upgrades made this even better than the first visit! Our family loves all the space, the pool, the rooftop star gazing, the proximity to the beach and the convenient location for our favorite St. Augustine activities! We have been coming to St. Augustine for decades and this is our favorite house!

Family celebration

Property Group personnel was superior. Don and Tom were fantastic.

Everything was fine. Location to beach was great. Only not perfect was not having a garbage disposal. Plenty of room. Decorated well.
