Spacieux appartement dans maison au calme

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Joëlle que nous remercions de son accueil chaleureux. La location est spacieuse (grand salon sàm, 4 chambres, 2 sdb sdd), lumineuse, au calme, proche de commerces. Quartier Novel, centre ville facilement accessible par bus ou par vélo (station velonecy toute proche), places pour se garer dans les rues aux alentours. Seule contrainte à prévoir: pas d'accès lave linge. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à 6 dans l'appartement, idéal pour être au calme après de grosses journées de travail : confort garanti, disposition idéale de l'appartement, matériel à disposition, quartier calme, commerces à proximité, transports accessibles... dès notre arrivée, nous remarquons que l'appartement est en tout point conforme au descriptif l 'espace et la propreté sont le maitre mot . Made to feel at home ! Good location !

Joelle made us feel very much at home. The apartment was quite luxurious and very clean and also spacious. It is located about 1 kilometre from Annecy centre and the lake, which whilst being close enough to easily walk or go by bike also meant that the apartment is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Appartement fonctionnel, agréable, rénové et très bien équipé avec de nombreuses chambres. Parfait pour une famille nombreuse. Une rue calme, les bus pour aller en centre ville, et en voiture un accès rapide aux centres d'intéret principaux (rives du Lac, route des Aravis, etc...).

Séjour sur Annecy

La location correspond parfaitement à la description, grand appartement, centres commerciaux à proximité, quartier calme et proche du lac à pied ou en bus. Location idéale pour rayonner autour d'Annecy, accueil très chaleureux par Mme BOUVET. Le petit plus serait d'avoir une machine à laver, mais nous étions au courant avant d'arriver. Location à recommander.

Lovely stay during the Annecy Festival!

We rented Joelle's appartment during the Annecy Animation Festival 2017 together with a group of 7 people. Communication beforehand went smooth and without complications as Joelle managed to speak to us in english and french. On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Joelle in front of the house and she showed us everything. The accommodation is amazing and well above standards: + 2 toilets + 2 showers + kitchen with dishwasher + 4 rooms on 2 levels, 3 of them with double beds, one room with 1 bed + digital television and Wifi The interior looks very clean and new, the bathrooms are spaceous and really stylish! 5-10 Minutes at walking distance, you will find Monoprix, Carrefour and other supermarkets in the area, as well as bus stations. We rented a bike from a bike shop in town to cycle to the festival quickly (it's 30 minutes of walking otherwise, but only 10 minutes by bike). During our stay, Joelle was helpful and responsive. We made sure that everything looked like in the beginning on the day we left. I can only recommend this appartment to travellers who want to stay at Annecy for a couple of days and go cycling, hiking or swimming at the beautiful lake of Annecy - and also to people who are in need of a place to stay during the world-famous film festival that takes place in Annecy every year! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
