Our family of 9 had an excellent experience at this property. Rooms were comfortable, also close location to beach. We really enjoyed the roof balcony to watch sunrises and sunsets. We would return in a heart beat if we vacation to Anna Maria again.

It was a perfect place for us to stay. My whole family enjoyed the place and it worked perfectly with all ages. Grateful we picked here. Quick walk to the beach and sun rise/sets on balcony was perfect.

The host and house were amazing. The house was walkable distance to a great beach. It had everything listed on the amenities and more. The communication with the host was easy. She responded quickly and helped whenever we needed it. I would stay here again! Wonderful vacation.

Host was prompt to resolve a minor issue and communicated with us throughout our stay. The home is in a great location and super close to the beach. There's plenty of room to accommodate a large family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the garage had tons of beach chairs and other beach items!The cleanliness of the home could have been better and the living room furniture really needs an upgrade. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Your comment about the living room furniture is timely as we are having all new couches and chairs delivered next week, I'm just sorry you didn't get to enjoy the new stuff! Quiet location, walking distance to beach, beach had a gradual decline into the water, kids loved the pool, plenty of bathrooms, kids enjoy the retro video game...so did my husband:)

We were there for a multi generational family reunion (10 adults 2 kids). Overall nice property but not as luxurious as others at the price level. PROS- very nice/communicative host, nice private backyard/pool area with child safety lock/alarm on door, beach chairs/wagon available, comfortable beds, accepted a small dog, CONS - listing showed upstairs bedroom having attached bath but it was actually next door down hallway and no mirror in that bedroom, damp/mildewy smell in house, pool has algae stains all over and a rust stain, too much decor taking up surface space in house, and a lot of it very dusty- especially the plastic plants, not enough towels and only 3 hand towels, kitchen stocked with what looked like older rejects from someone’s house (ie- mismatched older towels, ancient scratched up pans, multiple old blenders) - one newer set of essentials would be better, living room small for a group of 12, fridge gets very warm for 24 hours after loading.

Great Trip

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful house. Family vacation with four generations. Great access to the beach, and a wonderful pool in a beautiful garden habitat. Highly recommend this location. Great property.
