Villa ESPLENDIDA by Abahana Villas
LUXURY VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), OF HIGH QUALITY, close to the beaches and all amenities and for a maximum of 6 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This villa has two floors and the garage. The ground floor (same level as the pool) has a very spacious living-dining room with a fully fitted american kitchen. It has a double bedroom and a shower room wheel chair accesible. This floor is characterised because of it´s open space and the big top to bottom windows that take you to the covered terrace and the pool and Bbq area. It has very modern and comfortable furniture. The top floor, connected to the house by an indoor staircase has two more double bedrooms with walk in closets and en-suite bathrooms, both bedrooms have access to a balcony with nice views over the Olta mountain.
EXTERIOR: The 1000m2 grounds have a nice garden, spacious parking area and the garage. The pool area has an exterior kitchen ideal for the nice summer nights. The location of this house is great for those who like to be close to all amenities.
