This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the small and timeless hamlet of West Portholland. At low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand and is the perfect base from which to explore the South Cornish Coastal Path.
The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. There is a decked terrace out to the front and below a large stoage area carved back into the stone providing ample space to store kayaks and paddle boards.

The Caerhays Estate, nestled on the south Cornish Coast, has been owned by the Williams family since 1854 and is still very much their home. Surrounded by the world famous Spring Gardens which are renowned for their Camellia and Magnolia collections, the iconic castle with its turrets and castellations has been used as the setting for numerous films and television dramas.
The beautiful Porthluney Beach lies adjacent to the estate along with the SouthWest Coastal path with stunning walks in all directions. Surrounded by rolling green hills, a rugged coastline and picturesque sandy beaches, this is the perfect setting for your magical, timeless holiday.
