- Just 10 minutes from the fishing village of Mevagissey and the historic harbour of Charlestown...
- Tinners Forge is set on the former site of the Great Polgooth Tin Mine
- Pretty cottage has been lovingly refurbished close to Pentewan beach and The Lost Gardens of Heligan
- Tucked away in an elevated position set within the owners small business holding
- Private parking for one car

GROUND FLOOR
- Conservatory which is light and bright and accommodates the well equipped kitchen and dining area.
- Off the kitchen is a shower room WC with shower cubicle, hand basin and heated towel rail.
- Open plan living room has whitewashed stone walls and a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams.
- There is a comfortable leather sofa, warm rugs on the wooden floorboards, and a king size bed.

GARDEN
- Small sunny cottage garden with garden furniture and an abundance of birds and wildlife

LOCAL AREA
- Short walk downhill to the 16th century, dog friendly Polgooth Inn
- The immediate area is abundant with local walks
- Bicycle hire is available at Pentewan 2.5 miles away toexplore the Pentewan Valley and Clay Trails
- Eden Project, Pinetum Gardens, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trewithen all within a 7 mile radius
- Nearest beaches are at Porthpean and Pentewan, 3 miles respectively.

PLEASE NOTE
-There are three electric wall heaters.
-This property welcomes a maximum of 2 small dogs.
-Seven railed steps and a 100 yard sloping pathway leads uphill to the property from the car parking space below. Owners will be on hand to assist with the transportation of luggage.

Tinners forge
Very quiet and clean. Not suitable for people with arthritis or joint problems as the slope to the property was quite hard. No help with luggage as specified just offered a wheel barrow.
