Oceanfront views from sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom along with a spacious, private balcony. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room with designer furnishings. The amenities at The AshWorth include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, sun decks, grilling areas, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach and Main Street. I would rent this property again.

Our first time at SC and Myrtle Beach, we had a blast. The location was great; close to everything. Condo 1209 was spacious; it could have been a little cleaner, and the mattress a little more comfortable. However, the price was right for the week, and we were happy. We would book the condo again. Special thanks to the people who worked at the pool; they were very friendly and informative. Thanks, Condo-World.

It was good

The unit itself is very spacious. It had pretty much everything we needed. The location was great for all age groups. Check in and out was a breeze. The curtains could use a good wash, there was quite a bit of dust on them and the sheets had sand all in them. Wasn’t anything serious. The bands are not just pool bands, they are property bands. You have to have them on just to get on the property and yes, they check. If you like soft mattresses..it wouldn’t be ideal. It wasn’t a problem for me but I had older people that stayed with us and it was an issue for them. The pools are a tad small considering the amount of people that stay in the place. However, I would stay again. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Condo Needs Updates

The location of the unit was fantastic. We enjoyed the area and the proximity to the beach. The room itself left a bad taste in my mouth. There were numerous places where the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. On several of the beds the sheets didn't fit correctly(queen beds), and there was mold on the ceiling in the living/dining room. One of the chairs on the balcony was also cracked. It looks like the room hasn't been updated in quite a while. I have pictures of all of these areas and would be happy to forward them to you. These things did not take away from our enjoyment they were just a bad look for the condo. If I return next year I would prefer to also be on a lower floor.

Nice view of the ocean. Plenty of room.

Carpets and some chairs are badly stained. One shower curtain liner was filthy and had to be replaced. Windows to the balcony had not been cleaned, with hand prints all over them. The big downside with the Ashworth are the elevators. They are stifling hot, slow and don't work all the time. Nice access to the beach, adequate parking, and easy to get to from out-of-town.
