This superb 4 bedroom villa has lovely ocean and mountain views. Outside the south facing terraces are on three levels with private heated pool. jacuzzi, Canarian BBQ, covered chill out area, sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Inside the villa is fully air conditioned with a well equipped kitchen and separate dining room. There is a huge lounge downstairs with various seating areas, internet TV with full SKY package, DVD player and a pool table. High chair, stair gates and cot available. Price includes complimentary WiFi, daily maid service (Mon - Fri), midweek towel change and linen changed weekly. Pool towels also provided. Local manager to meet you and provide any assistance required during your stay . Private parking for 2 cars.

1st time staying in a villa, it did not disappoint. It was so spacious, spotlessly clean, there isn’t one thing negative about this beautiful villa, the host Caroline has answered every query or question I have asked her, she is very helpful & friendly, we was met by Daniel the manager who was also friendly bubbly & helpful.I would highly recommend this villa, this was a family holiday & we had the best, most relaxing time there.

Wonderful Villa

Excellent villa in good location that is fully equipped and serviced for a great holiday. Beaches and restaurants nearby which are easily accessed by driving, walking or local English speaking taxi service.

The villa was wonderful - it had everything you could want for a fun and relaxing stay and the beds were super comfy! The sea views are lovely and there are various areas outside to enjoy the sun and a drink in the evening. The location of the propety is great, it was so peaceful and only a short, easy walk to the playa blanca strip. The host was fantastic from the moment we booked our trip and gave great advice on where to buy groceries - a lidl and aldi are less than a 10 minute drive. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

This is a lovely villa with great views, the pool and hot tub were a good temperature for February. It's a 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca town which is perfect.

Fantastic Relaxing Getaway

The villa was amazing, more spacious than expected! Perfect for a relaxing trip, the outdoor space has a great variety of shade and sun! Gerry gave a tour of the villa explaining everything when we arrived which was very useful. The cleaners coming Mon-Fri was great too! Overall a lovely 5 night stay.

Awesome Villa - just perfect!

Fabulous villa with excellent amenities and the pool and hot tub were just perfect! Main restaurants/big supermarkets a short taxi ride away or a 20 minute walk - taxis are plentiful! Villa Manager (Jerry) was really helpful as well so we can't recommend this villa enough if you are considering Playa Blanca and we WILL be back!

The villa was lovely and in a good area the host was very good in contacting us with all our questions and gave us recommendations of the area and taxis . During our stay the boiler leaked and replaced all very quickly and efficiently . Only complaint found a few dead cockroaches under beds in downstairs bedrooms and in a bathroom up stairs in first night which should have been cleaned before we arrived which is the cleaning company issue not the villa or host . Would highly recommend this villa to families lovely entertaining area upstairs and down stairs . A 20 min walk to playa blanca and 20 to playa flamingo . Also a taxi stop at the top of the road.Dennis met us and was lovely . Would definitely stay here again .

Great Villa

Great Villa. Had everything we needed and more.However, when watching movies, signal was buffering.Instructions in English for washing machine and tumble dryer alongside the appliances,would be useful for guests in addition to welcome book.Having pool and hot tub makes for a relaxing stay. Had a fab week, and would recommend the villa to friends and family. Taxi and buses readily available and cheap!appluance, would be useful,

This is the third time we’ve stayed in one of these villas on the Vista Lobos complex; twice with the same management company. First time was in 2016 and couldn’t fault the attention to detail, cleanliness etc. However, this time we were very disappointed. In the 5 nights we were stayed here, our towels weren’t changed and no one came to clean the pool or check the chemical balance of the hot tub! Unacceptable and potentially hazardous.The villa is showing signs of wear.The main bed in the master suite, which leads onto the terrace is only a double! Yet, downstairs in the darkest room is a super king - very bizarre.The grounds are lacking greenery.. such a shame, as plants / trees not only create additional privacy but also soften the hard landscaping and promote well being.I would return to this complex but not to this villa and not with the same management company as attention to detail is not as exceptional as it once was.

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry that you were not entirely happy with the villa. For a 5 night stay we would not normally change the bathroom or pool towels but you could have asked the cleaners who would have been happy to replace them. The pool and hot tub were cleaned prior to your arrival and as your stay was less than 7 days do not get an additional clean mid week. You and your guests were the only people using these facilities. I understand you did not raise any issues with the local management team - we do encourage our guests to let the local team know of any problems as they can be dealt with very quickly. lovely for families

Villa very, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all ages. we had 2 60year olds. 3 in their 30s and a 5 year old, this villa suited everyone. Beach restaurants and town , all walkable, but the 5year old did struggle a bit. There are plenty of taxis if needed. Pool and hot tub were used daily

Nice villa in a good location

The villa is nice and spacious with really good facilities. It is looking slightly tired and could benefit from a lick of paint. There were a few issues with power etc however these were resolved very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa, clean, spacious great location and view is stunning. Me and the family were greeted by Gerry who is amazing, friendly and always happy to help. Contact with the owner was 10/10 replied quickly and helped with transport contacts for our stay. Would love to go back to this villa again The pool was clean and facilities were very good. Overall lovely time here

We have stayed many times in Vista Lobos in different villas, always a good location for ease of walking to bars and restaurants as well as scenic walks. Villa was lovely, only issue was that we spent half our stay without a hot tub which was very disappointing as we had particularly searched for this facility. Hot tub was not working on arrival and it took too many visits to get what was obviously an issue from the outset resolved.

5*villa in great location

Everything we were hoping for, 4 lovely spacious bedrooms, air con throughout, huge communal downstairs with great break-off areas where everybody could get their own space, pool and hot tub perfect .. check in smooth, check out very efficient, great advice from the management team. The taxi system you get used to and learn how to make it work for you, the electric scooters are a godsend if you have the right age group to use them, the nearest supermarket 2 mins is great for essentials and it’s easy to get into town for larger supplies with the aid of taxis. Today relaxing break, a very lovely property and a great bunch of people.

Great Villa

Absolutely no complaints. Lovely big villa with everything you could need. Initially thought the pool was a little small but it was perfect for a quick dip and cool down. Used the BBQ quite a lot but also walked down to the coast for meals out. The pool table was very popular and there was so much available to watch through the streaming service on an evening. The larger supermarkets were approx 20 minutes walk away with a local hotel shop only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend and would return.

We were 5 adults and 2 small children staying at this villa and it was exactly as described in the listing. Jerry, the manager, was really accommodating and was waiting at the Villa on arrival to show us around and answer any questions. He was also quick at communicating when we had questions during our stay. The Villa and pool area, were very clean and spacious, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for all guests, the outside bbq area was great for us of an evening and had every amenity we needed. The area is nice and quiet of an evening. There is a small supermarket on the corner of the complex, attached to the neighbouring hotel, which was handy and a really friendly bar in the hotel opposite, Baileys bar, we used a few times. The is a large Lidl’s on 5min car journey away and a taxi cost 5. Playa flamingo is a 15-20 minute walk downhill which we did most days with the kids in the pram and the walk to the centre is around 25-30mins. There were lovely restaurants and bars in both areas and we found everything easily accessible. All together we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone!

Superb villa with extra touches

Stayed with partner and teenage son. Location in Playa Blanca is excellent, just a few minutes by car from beaches and Marina Rubicon. We had a car which was easily parked within the villa. Great directions to the villa and communication with the owner and property manager including a personal check-in and property tour on arrival. Villa has absolutely everything you need, including the biggest hot tub in the area. WiFi, TV, kitchen all new and work well. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Cleaning, including pool and hot tub was a high standard and cleaners fitted in with our particular requirements around times which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this villa and location.

Fantastic Holiday Lovely Villa July 2023

Just back from 2 weeks in Playa Blanca Lanzarote and had a fantastic holiday. Such a lovely resort with so much to do. The villa was great, perfect for our family. Very spacious with a great outdoor seating area and lovely clean, heated pool and a hot tub, with a sea view. Huge downstairs area with pool table and Netflix which the kids loved. Everything you could ask for was provided and the regular cleaning service was a great extra. It is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but it was easy to get taxis in and out of town for only 4 euros. Gary was great when we arrived, giving us lots of local tips and he was there when we left, ensuring a smooth send off. Response to a slight issue with the air conditioning was so quick. A wonderful time had in a lovely spacious, clean villa. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Villa with views!

We loved our stay! It is a fabulous villa with views across to Fuerteventura and the mountains. We were a family of four and would definitely return with another family or a set of parents as there was lots of space. We made the most of the villa, eating there most evenings and playing pool. We ate outside the whole time and barely saw a single fly, ant or mosquito (not sure if that's just the time of the year but we were very surprised). We have stayed in Playa Blanca a few times and this is the first time we have walked down into the town which was a really pleasant 20 minute walk. We would definitely go back to this villa, we had a wonderful holiday and management team who look after it are amazing! We had no significant issues but they were very responsive to any contact.
