We loved staying here again. This was our return visit after going to see Joshua at Sight and Sound. Everything was clean and perfect and we enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the farm critters in the side yard.

So nice to be staying somewhere that felt like home! A quiet environment broken only by occasional horses' hooves trotting by, but within easy reach of Lancaster County and Philadelphia. Excellent hosts - unobtrusive but there when needed. Thank you, Barbara and Simeon.

This was our second visit this summer, and we were not disappointed. The home was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was available for any questions or concerns we had.

A cozy home away from home with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was the perfect size and floor plan for an almost empty nester couple and our youngest adult son.

The owners responded quickly to texts. The house was very clean. Refreshing to have one page of information on the fridge with password & “rules” (which there weren’t any - just requests). I usually I have to read a novel to find out rules and checkout process at vacation rentals. Beds and living room couches were comfortable, Paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins & tissues) were provided & good quality. I wish the weather had been nice so we could have taken advantage of the back porch & meeting the neighboring animals :-)
