This recently renovated first-floor apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and can accommodate up to three people. This spacious apartment features a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. It boasts two large terraces (one on the first floor and one on the rooftop), both overlooking the condominium's lovely swimming pool and landscaped gardens. You can relax in the sun all day, enjoy a drink in the evening, and admire the magnificent sunset.

This beautiful apartment is located within the prestigious 5-star Vila Sol golf resort, which includes the renowned Pestana Vila Sol hotel with a selection of restaurants, a fitness center, a golf course, tennis courts, a clubhouse, numerous outdoor swimming pools, and landscaped gardens. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the world-famous 27-hole golf course, which is just 100 meters from the apartment.

Our guests receive a 40% discount on the golf course and 10% off all equipment for sale or rent.

To provide exceptional service, and as a private vacation rental company, all check-ins are in person between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. A service fee of €25 is charged for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. After this time, the service fee is €50.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM: €25

This property is independently managed and does not offer permanent services like hotels. To provide our guests with excellent service, additional services not included in the package may incur a cost of between €30 and €150, such as:

. Call-outs for unlocked doors (forgotten or lost keys).

. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).

All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

For winter bookings (Nov to Feb): Cleaning fee: €90

Upon request, we can provide a baby cot: €20 per child per stay and a high chair: €10 per child per stay.

A most enjoyable stay

The apartment is set in a very well looked-after condominium offering lovely gardens, pine trees and a nice swimming pool. It is set in a peaceful environment just a three-minute walk away from the Vila Sol golf club house. There is a parking space just in front of the one-storey building. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The flat is beautifully decorated and offers quality equipment. Furnished with elegance and taste, it offered us all the commodities with its fully-furnished kitchen, a nice bathroom including a bubble bath, a "home sweet home" living-room with a large very comfortable couch and modern furniture. The apartment's large terrace has a high-quality barbecue and we loved having lunch overviewing the garden and pool. The roof terrace with its comfortable large armchairs and its sunbeds is just a must.
