We loved our stay & appreciated the space it gave us. Kitchen was fantastic and our kids loved staying near the pool. We also enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day.

Great property and a great location. Spacious and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and host was very responsive. Beaches were 10 minute walk away. I can’t imagine a better place or a better location. Highly recommended.

I technically did not stay at this property because of a hurricane but Joel was the most gracious host. He communicated with us proactively about the conditions on the island and gave us updated information from the state advisories.

Excellent unit. Lots of room and well equipped. Host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. Parking space was a bit tight but manageable. Pool was heavy used with large numbers some nights. Beach was a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—easy access to Poipu Beach, shopping, and great restaurants. We really appreciated the well-stocked beach gear and cart, which made our stay so much more convenient. The host was responsive and check-in was seamless. It was the perfect home base for exploring Kauai, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in Joel's condo for 30 days, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The information he provided was so appreciated, and his unit was so well stocked. We had relatives come during our stay and there was room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, the pool/hot tub/barbeque area were right outside our door, and the concrete paths in the area were great for getting to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches. We might just have to come back sometime.
