VILLA VITTORIA - HOUSE FOR HOLIDAYS

Splendid modern style residence, with private swimming pool, located within the Etna Park, about 15 km from Catania and its beaches. It is equipped with all comforts and is located in an ideal geographical context to visit Eastern Sicily: Taormina, Acireale, Catania, Siracusa, Aeolian Islands, Cefalù, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi etc.
For those who love skiing, visiting caves or hiking, Etna offers many opportunities for an unforgettable vacation.
It is the ideal place to spend carefree holidays with the family or in a group, cared for in every detail, brand new, comfortable and equipped with a wonderful swimming pool (open from April 1st to October 31st) equipped with deckchairs, hot / cold shower, relaxation area with sitting area, barbecue area, where it is possible to have meals and comfortably enjoy the sun by the pool.
The structure is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort (TV, air conditioners, modern stone oven, appliances, laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board).
There are also two sports / play areas: a discovery area with beach volleyball, tennis and soccer fields and a deck with ping-pong table, American carambola and table football.
On request, a further 3 beds can be set up also for children. (baby cot)
On request it is possible to organize typical Sicilian dinners and personalized excursions.

Not what it looks like

Set in the middle of a grid of roads /housing, some old and ramshackle some falling down - some brand new and some half built. Streets are all lined with rubbish. In fact there’s rubbish everywhere. The property is on three levels and a strange layout with no central seating/gathering point. The beds are hard as rock. It’s a strange dark house in a very odd neighbourhood. The listing said near the beach - it isn’t. We arrived to find people swimming in the pool - turns out to be the family (I think) of the English speaking friend who “checked us in” We thought that was odd... the whole experience was odd and not one that I would ever repeat. We paid a LOT for 10 days which I was told included a deposit which the owner denied and still tried to charge for damage (there was damage but I thought I would still get change from my deposit , it seems not). This whole experience was a very expensive disaster and I do not recommend this property.

Dopo aver provocato notevoli danni alla nostra proprietà , non solo non li hanno rimborsati (è totalmente falso che hanno versato un deposito cauzionale come può facilmente testimoniare Homeway), ma addirittura hanno elencato tutta una serie di difetti della nostra proprietà che in effetti vanta numerose recensioni a 5 stelle su altre piattaforme di prenotazione sulle quali è presente. (vedere per credere). Esperienza vandalica da dimenticare in fretta. Ai colleghi host consigliamo di diffidare di queste persone -

Una volta arrivati non volevamo più andarcene

L'annuncio non rende giustizia alla casa che è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e ci è stata consegnata pulita ed impeccabile dalla disponibile e simpatica Agata! Ci ha persino fatto trovare un rifresco a bordo piscina ed un bouquet di fiori all'ingresso perchè abbiamo affittato la villa durante i giorni del nostro matrimonio - la scelta non poteva essere stata migliore! Sia noi che i nostri amici abbiamo sfruttato gli spazi comuni con biliardo, ping pong, biliardino, beach volley etc ma anche della privacy delle camere pulitissime con arredi curati in ogni dettaglio. Grazie Agata, torneremo sicuramente!
