Coloradas House is a beautiful Villa located in the neighborhood of Las Coloradas, approximately 35 kms from Lanzarote Airport.

Located at the foot of the Ajaches, in one of the most exclusive places in Lanzarote, within a very quiet residential area near the virgin beaches and turquoise water of Papagayo and the Marina Rubicon sports pier, and 5 minutes from Las Coloradas shopping center , with supermarket, restaurants, cafes, sport bar, cashier and playground.
You can find a taxi rank and public transport a few minutes away.

The town is about 40 minutes walking, you will arrive through a beautiful promenade.

The place is perfect for couples who want to explore the beaches and nature in the south of the island.

Large outdoor area with terrace to enjoy the nights, and a solarium with pool and sun beds. From the terrace we can enjoy the sunsets in front of the Lobos and Fuerteventura islands.
The pool area is wide and protected from the wind.

Inside the property you will find a comfortable lounge to relax and enjoy satellite television and Wi-Fi. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room to enjoy homemade dinners.

The Villa is very bright throughout the day.

The price includes the private pool, sheets, bath and pool towels, and final cleaning. For stays of 8 nights or more there is a cleaning service with change of sheets and towels in the middle of the stay.
Cot and high chair are available upon request maximum age 2 years free of charge.

Playa Blanca is located south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave on the island. A small sandy beach located in the center of the town gives its name to the place. From Playa Blanca it is easy to travel to visit the island by car. You will find Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are located The Mountains of Fire, one of the enclaves of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
