Old Rectory Cottage is a lovely Welsh cottage, originally in the grounds of the village Rectory. The cottage is also known as Rectory Bach, meaning little Rectory.
All three bedrooms, the lounge and the kitchen have a great view of the Conwy Valley.
Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen diner which seats 6 people. A bathroom with bath & overhead shower. A lovely lounge with a wood-burning stove to relax in front of with comfy seating for 6 people. The restful downstairs bedroom looks out onto the garden and patio area, with a superking bed which can be made up as two singles, and a sofa and TV.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double aspect windows with Conwy Valley views, and another bathroom with a walk-in shower. As with the downstairs bedroom, we offer the choice of two superking size beds which can be made up as four single beds if this is preferred.
The private cottage style garden, which faces the valley and catches the sun, has seating areas, patio & decking. Part of the garden is enclosed to keep escape artist dogs safe. A BBQ is available for guests to use. Plus there is small garden cabin, perfect for reading a book and having quiet moments. There are lovely views of the Conwy Valley from the garden.
The cottage has its own driveway, with parking for two cars.
Please note there are eight steps leading from the driveway up to the cottage.
We have installed an EV charger which can only be used by our guests - please request at time of booking.
