About this property
House in Artà. Major 72
A few years ago we carried out an integral rehabilitation of this house, which belonged to our grandparents. We reconditioned all the rooms to provoke in our guests a feeling of calm and calm.
It is a village house with 3 floors. On the ground floor we have a living room with two levels equipped with satellite television. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and an impressive patio with pool, barbecue, hammocks, outdoor hot water shower, large table for dinners and meals and charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables in a healthy way and natural
A large distributor welcomes us on the first floor, which consists of two rooms with individual bathrooms.
On the second floor we find a wonderful room with a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom. Also a terrace with stunning views of the village of Arta.
All the great paintings that dress the old walls, have been painted by a painter friend of the family, who has them for sale.
We have prepared some soft drinks, beers and local products to welcome you.
