Very comfortable and relaxing place to have a siblings reunion. Nice back yard to sit and visit. Rooms were very nice and the kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Highly recommended
Great property to stay at. All the things we needed were easily accessible, there was plenty of room. Very cute, clean and cozy. We would definitely try to stay here again if we are in town again
This rental worked out great for our purposes of mountain biking and hiking in Zion. Very close to the bike shop and downtown Hurricane. Highly recommended.
It’s pleasent house to stay, nice backyard and enough place for 3 car parking. Inside the house is cozy and got a feeling like living in remote cabin. Kitchen was fully loaded and near by to local stores as well.
We loved this beautiful accommodation .
Nice, clean, roomy home.
We spent 9 days in Utah.
What a beautiful state!
We really enjoyed our stay in Hurricane and we did a lot of hiking in the area.
Totally would love to come visit again

Terrific family vacation
This house was exceeded our expectations. We had more than enough room and the location was exactly what we were looking for. There is a trail head right at the end of the street and a cute little park within walking distance for our toddler. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice relaxing family vacation.

Hi Jayme! We are so glad to hear that Pecan Point was a perfect, relaxing getaway for you and your family. Cheers!!
Comfy, good-sized home for 5 couples! Within walking distance to downtown & the
We attended the Hurricane Mtn bike festival, which was within walking/biking distance to town, huge bonus for us! Ample parking for our 5 vehicles, room out back to lock up our bikes & huge kitchen, VERY well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back next year. Also, VERY friendly neighbors which made us feel quite welcome!
the house was huge and the kitchen was well set up..it looked like the house was not in use for a while..added to the 4 stars cleanliness..we spent our days hiking and greatly needed the mud room for our gear..( so we didn't have to drag our gear thought out the house.. our neighbor was every nice..(family to the owner of the rental)..
The house was large, clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Having the guest Hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels was a plus in the downtime. The patio was very spacious and shaded but patio chairs could use some spider web removal. The house is located in the perfect location for anything between St George and Zion National Park. Very nice neighbors. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t get to explore the trail behind the home.
Would definitely consider staying again on a
return trip to the area

We went nutz at Pecan Point
We rented the property for a quick get away and soccer tournament in southern Utah. Our family which included kids grand kids and grandparents all stayed here. It was nice, clean and pretty much as advertised. Nothing too fancy but it was comfortable and homey. The only drawback was that most of the darts for the dartboard were too far gone to have a decent game. There is a fantastic hike right at the property. Over all a great experience. We definitely would book here again.

Overall the house was comfortable and clean.
It is an older home with some older home issues such as sticking doors and keys. The house needs some TLC, some maintenance for sure. The outdoor patio was not at all clean. Not a big deal once we swept and cleaned the chairs.
The house was very close to neighbors who were a bit noisy as well but what can you do about kids having fun, right?! Again, great location to parks and overall a great stay.

Yechuri, We looked into your stay. Our deepest apologies. It looks like we missed a message from the VRBO portal Sunday 9/11 at 6:10 AM regarding the alarm. The next message we received was on 9/12 and we created a service order for that day, but you were already departing. We don't usually miss a message and we apologize for the oversight. For future reference we also provide our guests an 877 number to call if they need any assistance.
The house was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in for our trip. We were there for a week and loved that the house was only a couple hours from Bryce and the North Rim, about an hour from Kanab and several other state parks, and extremely close to Zion. The trail right down the road from the house was fantastic too. There is SO MUCH hiking and outdoors activities close to this rental.
As for the property itself, it was the perfect place for our family to unwind after a day of hiking. The game room had plenty of fun activities for the kids (and dad) to enjoy, and there were plenty of bard games and books to keep us busy while we rested our legs. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with all the stuff you need to make meals. With the stores in Hurricane nearby, we were able to place a grocery pickup order to make sure we had the stuff we needed for the meals we planned.
We would most definitely recommend this place to any family or large group who is looking for a great centrally located home base for a wonderful Utah adventure!
Mainly slept and had breakfast at house as we were traveling to different parks during the day . Well equipped for our stay. Got quick assistance with an internet connection problem.
We were a group of 7 meeting in the middle of Colorado and California! The home was super spacious; there were beds to spare! the location in regards to Zion National Park, and Sand Hollow State Park was super convenient, and we loved how close the little hike at the end of the street was! Overall, we were very satisfied.
We were very pleased with the house. The house was very clean, roomy and nice. Very close to Zion.
