Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with coal effect fire. Lower ground floor garage.

Gas central heating, fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate. Site garaged parking for 2 cars with internal access to the cottage. Lower ground floor garage. Small patio area with furniture to front. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.01 miles. Beach 0.2 miles. Railway station and bus station 0.4 miles and nearest bus stop is 0.2 miles away. Please NOTE: there is no need to be concerned about on street parking as Fishertown House as it has its own integrated double garage. NOTE: This property does not accept less than 7 night booking from June until the end of September.
