This four-bedroom, three-bath villa with pool and games room comfortably accommodates 8 guests all on one level. Enjoy easy access to Disney theme parks, world-class golf, and downtown Orlando hotspots.

Prepare family meals in a fully-equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar, dining table, and indoor and outdoor dining areas offer ample seating for the whole group to dine together. Then, relax on the sofa to watch your favourite shows on a flat-screen TV.

Retreat to four bedrooms with private TVs, including two king bedrooms - each with an en-suite with standing shower and a soaking tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer two twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

With high-speed WiFi throughout you can be sure to stay connected to the world and post sub kissed pictures to make your friends envious!

Our pool and jacuzzi overlook the stunning central lake within the community and can be heated ($25/daily) in the winter months.

When you’re ready to get out and explore, our location puts you right in the centre of the action. Drive just 20 minutes to experience a Disney dream come true. Play a round at one of the area’s many premier golf clubs—there's 10 courses and clubs within 20 minutes. Then, head downtown to discover Orlando’s outlet shopping, eclectic dining, and vibrant nightlife—just a half hour away.

Family Vacation 2024

Overall, house was very comfortable. We were a little mad upon arrival as we discovered they had a limited window on pool heat, The owner did allow for us to change our window of time to have it. We appreciated that very much so as that is always a selling point for us. However, we wish that was communicated to us as we ended up not using it the first night because it was off by 9. We have never rented a house with limited pool heat. It would have been great to decide time before arriving. Families have different plans and may want different times based on those plans. The owner/property manager responded quickly and adjusted the time for us. Otherwise, house was fine.
