CA HADO XUCLA - Villa with private pool in Valldemossa. Free WiFi

Wonderful mallorcan style house at Valldemossa center with a private swimming pool, where 12 guests will feel like at home.
The stunning exteriors of this house accompany both summer and winter. The property also features a wonderful pool of 5x3 m and 1.50 to 1.80 m deep, surrounded by lawn and a fantastic barbecue. Next to it, you will be able to enjoy an amazing evening with your family, both on the porch and on the terrace that are fully furnished.

It is a three-storey house that has been reformed with a rustic mallorcan style. On the ground floor, there is a fantastic living room which features a chimney simply perfect for watching satellite TV, the dining room is totally independent and can accommodate 12 dinner guests, the unusual kitchen with ceramic cooktop, a toilet and an independent laundry area that provides our guests with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Then, there are a total of six dormitories and three bathrooms. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with wardrobe, two of which has a double bed and the other one only two twin beds. One of the double bed dormitories also has an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. A second bathroom with shower and bathtub is available on the same floor. On the last floor, there are two dormitories with double bed, one of them with wardrobe and an exit to a sun furnished terrace and, the last bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and a study area. There are also up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs at your disposal, in case you have children. A bathroom with bathtub services the entire plant. The house is equipped with central heating. There are 4 fans.

Valldemossa is a really charming village with narrow stone streets, with many balconies full of flowers and flowerpots, cafeterias and artisan products shops. It is also gastronomically well-known because of its typical “coca de patata”, which can be tasted with a hot chocolate. Do not miss a breakfast like that in one of the village terraces! In that zone, there are some rocky beaches or small pebble beaches with crystal-clear waters that are must-do beaches. Among these beaches, we suggest you going to the next ones: Puerto de Valldemossa, Cala Deià, Port des Canonge or Llucalcari. If you would rather go to sandy beaches, the one in Palma is at about 20 minutes driving.

Characterful Villa, Great Area

Villa in great location in beautiful Valldemossa and is full of character with lovely gardens and pool. Very quick responses/action from Homerti/Owner to one or two minor issues. Rooms all very comfortable and well appointed generally (double room at top of villa has very low beams though). Some strict rules for stay. We were a walking group and there were some great walks around Valldemossa and others easily accessed by local bus. We very much enjoyed our stay.

An old charming house in the middle of beautiful Valldemossa with a beautiful garden with pool och outdoor kitchen which we used frequently. A family of 12 shared 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms and everybody was satisfied. Rooms were surprisingly cool at night despite the outdoor temperature. A lovely place to spend a week. We where also surprised how easy it was to park our three cars in the village with no charge using the parking-tickets we got from the landlord.

Väldigt unikt boende mitt i hjärtat av byn. Huset var rymligt och bra storlek för oss 10 vuxna som spenderade en vecka här. Vi var nöjda med läget, närheten till vandring och utflykter och att huset kändes autentiskt. Det var en relativt lugn gata och området kändes tryggt. Vi hade uppskattat om huset skulle ha varit noggrant städat både på in- och utsidan. Mycket av kärlen i köket var inte bra diskade, poolen var inte särskilt fräsch och golven skulle behöva rengöras. Två av husets fyra toaletter var ur funktion, det fanns en råtta på innergården och diskmaskinen tvättade inte rent. Vi rengjorde själva mycket av kärlen innan vi använde dem samt kaffekokaren och diskmaskinen. Grannhuset håller på att totalrenoveras och orsakade lite oljud under dagtid.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einem authentischen Stadthaus direkt in der Altstadt von Valldemossa. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet, der Garten ein Ruhepol in dem es sich wunderbar entspannen ließ.

Traditionelles Haus direkt in Valdemossa

Wir waren über Ostern (Anfang April) mit Familie und Freunden hier. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Den Pool haben zu der Jahreszeit nur die Kinder benutzt. Wir waren zu 12. Es war genug Platz für alle. Das Haus hätte vor allem in den Ecken ein wenig sauberer sein können und die Dusche in der 2. Etage war so lala. Es ist halt ein älteres Haus, was ein paar Macke hat. Betten z.T. super, Matratzen z.T. gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst aber super zentrale Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Zur Info für Familien mit Kindern: Durch die etwas steile und unregelmäßige Treppe ins 2. OG würde ich hier nicht mit kleinen Kindern (unter 4 Jahren) wohnen. Für größere Kinder und Erwachsene voll ok.

A holiday home with character in beautiful Valldemossa

+ If you're looking for somewhere with a bit of character and history then this is the place for you. My family and I loved the vast collection of antiques and ornaments on the walls and surfaces, and the location - on a beautiful plant-lined street just a few minutes walk from the centre of Valldemossa - could not have been better. The pool area and garden is lovely and peaceful, and the BBQ / outdoor grill was great for the couple of nights we ate in. - The rooms get very hot as there is no air conditioning so we had a bit of trouble sleeping, however the agency provided fans when requested.

lovely place

The property is located in the heart of Valdemossa with a lovely walk through the cobbled streets to the shops/bars/restaurants. We were a party of 8 with only two working showers. One of which was on the top floor (very hot up there) and a bit steep for a couple of our guests. The pool, garden, outdoor cooking/eating (BBQ and pizza oven) was a lovely place to hang out with friends.
