Beautiful Cottage and lovely location.

We stayed here with friends visiting from America. Their teenager just loved it! It's a beautiful cottage in a lovely lively, village. Was just as described. The beds and pillows were SO COMFY! Best beds I've stayed in so far. Perfect Stay.

Great property right in the heart of Burford. We really enjoyed the authentic space - with modern kitchen and very nice, clean bathrooms. Our tall family was challenged by the low ceiling heights but were charmed, nevertheless, by the entire property. Without air conditioning, we enjoyed sitting on the shady terrace in the early evenings and made use of the many fans provided by the host. Although warm during the day, we didn't find it a problem once temperatures cooled off in the evening, helped by the fans to pull in the cooler air. We found the cottage well-located for our visit to the Cotswolds. We would love to stay here again!

Cottage stay

Beautiful location but very busy road and expensive to dine out. Please put some grip tape on step to yard as very very slippy.

Murton Cottage

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It is old and full of character yet fully equipped for a modern holiday. The location in the High Street was ideal. Parking was easy. My only gripe was the 6pm check-in time.

Lovely

We loved this snug and unique cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I only wish the weather had been warm enough that we could have had some meals in the sweet courtyard. The owners have considered every detail and there were thoughtful touches throughout. Including wood in the stove ready to be lit for a cozy fire when we arrived. We had a problem with the heat, and someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes of our phoning to report it. Thank you! Burford is all that we were hoping for. Just the right size to walk and explore, with cute shops of all sorts and some nice restaurants. It was a lovely and memorable stay.
