On the doorstep of Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Palace gates, yet in the heart of the city, this beautiful home is the perfect base to explore the hustle and bustle or just relax.
With great transport links, free parking and a scenic walk to the Royal Mile, it's perfect for whatever you have planned!
This centrally located, spacious and characteristic lower villa from the 1800’s is on the doorstep of Arthur Seat and Holyrood Palace and convenient for the train and bus.
The property has two bedrooms, a large lounge (with double sofabed), main door entrance and private garden at the rear and the front. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a shower room off the main bedroom.

There is also free, unrestricted, street parking if you have your own transport. There's a private front and rear garden to sit out with drinks, but with the extinct volcano forming the Queen's Park literally on the doorstep you might prefer to explore that!

Good location for visiting Edinburgh

It was a great spot, close to a nice restaurant, The Willow, Morrisons Grocery, #4 bus to downtown and easy to get around on foot.

Everything we hoped for.

This unit was perfect for two travelling ladies. Great location with easy access to downtown by bus. Beautifully decorated appointed with special surprises left by host. Loved the back garden and pretty street. The host, Yvonne, was so helpful and quick to respond. Also loved her suggestion of The Willow restaurant/bar around the corner. Highly recommend this lovely comfy villa! It's everything you could ask for.
