La Casa Rocky Point is a beachfront home located in Las Conchas. The entire property is walled for safety and privacy. 2 car tandem garage. Las Conchas has 24/7 security for the community.

The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two separate casitas are studio style with a bedroom area and private bath for each. The main house and both casitas open out into a very private and secure courtyard area.
The main house has a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living room with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. The Master Suite faces the ocean with patio access, King bed and bathroom has double sinks and walk in shower. The second bedroom is split from the master and has 2 queen beds and a guest bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The beachfront patio has two levels with a fire pit and outdoor shower. The upper level is covered and has an outdoor sectional sofa, dining table and lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views.
There are two separate casitas each with their own entrance.
*Note* Both casitas are upstairs and not attached to the main house. Casita Uno is a large casita with King bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, large bathroom with vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower. It also has a private patio with partial view of the ocean and a table and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze. Casita dos is a smaller casita with ocean views. It has a Queen size bed and a full size bed. The bathroom has a vanity and walk in shower.
The main house living area is very large and can accommodate a group very comfortably. There is a smart tv in the main house living room. The large guest house has a tv with Firestick TV. Both guest casitas have smart tv's. The master bedroom has a SmartTV. Guest bedroom in main house has a smart tv.
Security cameras are located outside.
This home accommodates 10 people very comfortably and all prices shown include the main house and both (2) casitas for 10 people.
Additional guests must be approved by owner.
This home is non smoking. $500 charge if house smells like smoke.
Approved dogs are allowed with pet fee. $50 per dog. If damage is caused by your dog a deduction to the deposit will cover repair costs.
Minimum age for primary renter is 30 unless approved by the owner. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay! Home is on a beautiful beach and has gorgeous views. Awesome tidepools to explore at low tide. Perfect place to watch dolphins swim by. Home has main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate casitas, which offers plenty of space and great privacy for guests! We will book again!

Awesome Sunrises and Sunsets

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. Casa was perfect for our stay. From watching the sun rise and sunset, walking on the beach, watching the tide change, the dolphins passing by every day and all the birds. Highly recommend to other travelers. Our family has been traveling to Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco since the mid 90’s. Love going there! Denise was easy to communicate with and a five star host! Thank you!

Perfect house on the beach!

What a wonderful house right on the beach! Wonderful kitchen, super comfortable living room with a great couch. All bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are great. We loved parking the cars safely off the street in the courtyard. The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to hang out and a fun place to eat outside. I plan on staying in the house again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful property

I love the configuration of this property! Having two separate upstairs casitas with a main house was ideal for our family. Of course those with climbing/balance issues should reside in the main house. The addition of covered parking and a courtyard was a bonus. There is ample seating for everyone with wonderful ocean views. We are so happy this gem is dog friendly, modern, and with comfortable beds. We will be returning :)

Loved the house. It was one of the better houses we stayed at in los conchas. The picture do not give the house justice. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the back porch on the beach. The smaller casita didn’t have very hot water and the shower head in the guest bathroom needs to be tweaked, but they were very minor issues. House was clean, movies and books, extra blankets, plenty of drinking water were provided. We loved our stay. Thank you so much for the memories and allowing us to stay at your beach house!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family Over Thanksgiving

We had an amazing stay at Casa Rocky Point in Las Conchas over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect space for our group of eight, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the water. We loved watching dolphins, sea lions, and a variety of birds from the deck. The house itself is well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen that made preparing our holiday meal a breeze. The garage/courtyard comfortably fit two cars. The fenced-off deck was an excellent feature, especially for our dogs, giving them a safe space to enjoy the outdoors while we took in the stunning sunrises and sunsets. The neighborhood of Las Conchas is peaceful yet close to town, so we could easily enjoy restaurants, shops, and other activities. This rental provided everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay; we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Awesome property

We had a fantastic time as Denise’s property. Denise was extremely responsive to any questions we had, the property was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen needs. We had 4 couples staying together and we all very much enjoyed our time there. On top of that The beach out front was beautiful and not a huge hill climb to come up from. We hope to be back next year. We have been renting homes within Los Conchas for at least 7 years and this was our favorite so far. The property is exactly as advertised. Two of the casitas are outside upstairs so you will want people that have no issues with steps to stay in those two very nice rooms.

Just what we needed!

This beach house was the perfect place to relax. Quiet, calming, and comfortable, IF there was one negative for this location it would be coral 10 yards out into the ocean. That’s it though, I will be back! The owner/manager was first class! Book it, pack, and get down here! You won’t regret it.

The home is so beautiful love the location and the distance to the beach is so close, the view from the patio is amazing. Denise is really great at answer questions and if you have an issue she is willing to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I live in Cave Creek AZ with our young son. I first started going to Rocky Point in 1989 with my family. When I met my husband we started going together and knew we wanted to have a place of our own to share with our friends and family.

We love this property because it's beachfront and has amazing views of the ocean and it's just a few steps to the water.

What makes this property unique

You can sit and watch the ocean all day, watch for the dolphins to swim by. Every once in a while we see a sea lion swimming around. Hunt for seashells. Sit by the beach side fire pit and roast marshmallows. Go for a long walk on the amazing beach. Build a sandcastle. Fly a kite. Play frisbee on the beach. You can rent jet skis or paddle boards. Snorkel. Ride the banana boat. Parasail. Buy trinkets, jewelry or blankets from the street vendors. Get a massage on the beach. Go kayaking or sailboating. Go on the Pirate Ship or one of the other sunset cruises. Go ride the zipline. Rent an ATV or UTV. Rent a moped. Go for a ride in an ultralight. Go see the volcano. Shop on "Rodeo Drive" or in the Malecon. Go tour the Cedo. Go to the oyster farm. Play golf on several different beautiful courses. Try the street tacos. Visit one of the many delicious restaurants and fun bars.
