The completely independent apartment occupies half of a villa with direct access to the sea.
The descent to the sea takes place through a liftable marine ladder.
The apartment consists of lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds), kitchenette and 2 bathrooms (shower and tub).
Large terraces for sunbathing and dining, warehouse at sea level
Villa located in a restricted traffic area and at the end of a dead end road: maximum tranquility even in the most crowded periods.
Private parking.
Pets allowed (max 1)
Bed and bath linen available on request
Permission for evening access (18: 00-2: 00) per vehicle on request (30 euros)
