In 1993, when we bought this big house lost in the green of one of the most beautiful hills of the Biellese, we immediately fell in love with the view enjoyed from up here.
On clear days you can admire the landscape of the Alps, from Monviso southwest, until the mountains of the Lombarda and south the first part of the Ligurian Apennines.
We thought of harmonizing the façade during the restoration and equipping the house of a tower like an ancient castle that dominates the eastern Biella, overlooking the valley.
From the tower, which is seventeen meters high from the ground, you can enjoy a better view, 360 degrees, which overlooks the forest that surrounds three sides of the property of about 10 hectares.
In 2015 we decided to open our home and our spaces to anyone who wanted to organize an event: a wedding, a communion, a degree, an anniversary or even just enjoying a few relaxing days surrounded by nature of the beautiful area around Biella. The surrounding nature offers to the amateurs and to the professional photographers a lot of interesting ideas to enrich an important event.
Why they chose this property
There is much to discover in Biellese. Starting from our property is only a few minutes the village of Candelo where there is still an intact Medieval Ricetto, and then Biella and valleys that surround it full of history and faith with dozens of small churches and Sanctuaries, among which stands out for its beauty and uniqueness of the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Oropa.
But are the mountains that give a further beauty brushstroke to the territory: from Valle Elvo to Val Sessera you can admire its beautiful setting.
The plane, called Baraggia, which accompanies our territory to the south, offers similar views to the African grasslands. To the south west is Lake Viverone, on the border with the province of Turin and Ivrea.
