This lovely and modern duplex apartment situated in a safe housing development offers all the comforts of home with modern furniture throughout, spacious living and dining areas, fitted kitchen, stunning bathroom facilities, outside seating area with picnic bench / Weber gas BBQ and 2 complimentary parking spaces.
