Perfect Place for Fisherman!

I was in town for the Bassmaster Kayak Championship, and this property was amazing. It was clean, located close to Lake Fork, and very well equiped. Everything I needed, I found in the house. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Fishing Lake Fork

This is a great place to stay for a quiet retreat and access to the lake. The carport with electricity for charging was great. It is as clean as you can get. Very well supplied, if it wasn’t there you probably didn’t need it. I hope to get back there for another visit..

The Crabbs apartment is a quiet peacful neighborhood of single homes. It has everything you would need in the kitchen, bath and bedroom. Alexa for music, plenty of places to conveniently charge phones, a king bed, large bath. The place was perfect for our stay.

Just bring clothes

This property is immaculately kept. Close to the city in a quiet residential area. Covered parking and plenty of it so bring a boat. It’s just like being at home and stocked with any item you may need e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, blankets etc. A short drive from Lake Fork so sit a spell and relax at this property.

Phenomenal hospitality!

This was our second time staying at the property. The space is immaculate and every amenity has been considered. The owners are so thoughtful in providing snacks. My friend and I come to East Texas once a year for a fishing trip and this is perfect for a fishing trip with covered boat parking and a quiet place centrally located to many lakes. We will be back again!

One of the Best by far we have stayed at.

Host (Wayne) was very helpful, met us when we got there to see that we got in and any needs were met. This is the best and most quiet place we have stayed in. it is very clean with everything you need for your stay. My wife and I highly recommend. not far from Canton and the drive is beautiful. This is small town hospitality at its best.

This "apartment" is very clean, nice, and organized. All the light switches are labeled to take the guess work out. It is super roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Having the cover to park right outside the door was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean, very well furnished and built. Beautiful kitchen counters. Modern conviences including Alexa and smart tvs in both rooms. We stayed there more then went out because of how nice a place it was to relax. Will definitely be back soon!

Why they chose this property

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.

Within city limit, close to Subway and several restaurants, gas stations and.... 5 miles from Lake Fort Reservoir, 5 miles from Lake Quitman, 9 miles from Walmart.
