The apartment comprises entrance hallway, master bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with thermostatic shower over bath, wash basin and WC, open plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, dining area, sitting room with Flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview, double doors offer beautiful long distance views over a Juliet balcony.

Whitby Civic Society gave this development - ’Union Mill' - a prestigious 'Award for Design Excellence'.
