About the host
Hosted by Mike
We are a well travelled couple who know what we like and try to offer you the same in our holiday cottages.
We've been to 64 different countries as at 2023, travelling extensively throughout.
When we are not abroad we also like to spend time in both of our cottages too when they are not booked out.
We love Whitby for its old worlde charm and ancient character and even we find somewhere or something different each time we visit. We're never bored here as it's such an interesting place to visit.

Why they chose this property
Awd Tuts Cottage is in the perfect location in the centre of the ancient part of Whitby, close to the harbour, restuarants, bars and shops.
You will be situated in the old cobbled streets area of Whitby. This is the oldest part of Whitby, much if it dating back to the 16th & 17th centuries.

What makes this property unique
Awd Tuts Cottage has plenty of charm and character
This cottage dates back to the times that King Charles 1st was on the throne of England and later beheaded. This shows the era of when the cottage was built. Poor old Charles never even stayed at our cottage, pity, we think he'd have enjoyed his stay.
