This fantastic newly built house is located in a quiet urbanization, just 200 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina. The house, very spacious and modern style has several furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoy the climate of the island.
Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet coastal urbanization away from the big tourist agglomerations. Its kilometric beach, practically unspoiled, is one of the best in Mallorca. There you will also find some restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, it is only 15 minutes by car from the tourist area of Can Picafort or the town of Artà.
