Large villa, for 10 guests, directly on the sea, on the west coast of Elba, in a breathtaking panoramic position with the view over the Procchio gulf, the little Paolina island, Capo Enfola and the open sea.

Private access to the sea where you find a public pebble beach and a small, quiet beach bath (Bagno Redinoce), with umbrellas, deck chairs for rent, bar and snacks. Possibility to put small/mid sized boats in the water.



You reach the villa trough a private access road and entrance. The large garden/park is fenced and you find place for several cars directly on the property in front of the house.

The villa is surrounded by a garden of 10.000 sqm and large terraces with tables, chairs, sun beds, deck chairs. Parts of the terraces are covered and are equipped with an outside shower (hot and cold water), a barbecue, a large table under the shade for unforgettable meals outside, breakfast, lunch and diner. From the terraces around the villa you can enter directly the ground floor of the villa through the kitchen, the main entrance, the living room.



On the ground floor you find a large living room with dining corner (wood stove, TV-Sat, library) and sea view, a separated fully equipped kitchen (oven, dish washer, various kitchen robots, toaster, microwave,…). The ground floor sleeps 5 guests. There are two rooms with double bed and sea view, a large bathroom with shower (and a washing machine) and one smaller single room with its own small bathroom and garden view. All rooms have large integrated wall wardrobes.



A large staircase leads to the first floor. Also the first floor sleeps 5 guests. There is one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds and a smaller third room with a single bed. All the rooms have sea view and two of them have access to a balcony. On the first floor you find also a large bathroom with walk-in shower as well as large sun terrace with a splendid sea view.



The villa is ideal for families or a group of friends who appreciate the total privacy of the place, the large terraces for an outdoor vacation under the tuscan sun, the private access to the sea (20 steps) and the central location on the Island of Elba. Indeed the fantastic sandy beach and center of Procchio is just 3 km away and Marciana Marina with its beautiful and vivid center and shore promenade, restaurants, bars, shops, events, night markets distances only 4 km.



The villa is also a great base for thrilling bike rides and visits to the different cultural and naturalistic sightseeings of the island.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Can be rented for € 20,00 per person



To use the pier and beach service, rent an umbrella and two sunbeds from Fabrizio at Bagno Redinoce under the house: cost in June and September €25.00 per day, July €28.00 and August €35.00 per day.
