This spacious property is situated within the town of Ashbourne and sleeps up to six people, in three bedrooms.

It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, sleeping up to six people. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting/dining room, a kitchen, a games room and a snug. Outside, there is one off-road parking space and a rear garden with furniture. Lion House is a superb base for enjoying a holiday at Southern end of the Peak District.

Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, games console, sound system, table football, selection of games and books, TV with Sky and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car (note that this is accessed over pavement with no dropped kerb). Rear garden area with furniture. No pets or smoking allowed. Pub within 0.1 miles, shop within 0.2 miles. High chair available on request. Note: garden divided into four areas at varying levels
