Honest appraisal

I like to be honest rather than concentrate on just good or bad so :- Pro,s . 3 good size double rooms & a sofa bed. 2 showers , 3 WC’s 1 of the WC’s was not working but the owners had already Contacted me prior telling me this. No big deal really. Good size living room & separate dining room Nice private rear garden. All was clean and tidy. Cons:- states parking for a small car. It would have to be very small My B class Mercedes was way too big for example. Parking on side street is available with plentiful permits provided. Kitchen more than adequate except needs more utensils and glass’s Previous renters state dust on walls ! It’s not dust just where It’s been recently decorated and needs a wipe over. Main thing is would we stay again. Yes we would.
