103 Clube Alvor Ria is a beautifully located, luxury 1 bedroom ground floor apartment in the most sought after of accommodations in Alvor. It is a private and peaceful complex in Alvor's premier location.

The stunning sandy beach and boardwalk are less than a 5 minute walk with shops, restaurants and cafes all just outside the complex entrance and only a 20 minute drive away from Portugals International racing circuit the Autodromo.

103 has fabulous views of the Ria De Alvor Nature Reserve, marina and view to the beach from the apartments large double aspect balcony.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises of one large bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobes along with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.

103 has a spacious open plan interior, dining area and living room with a comfortable three seat sofa (which converts to a full size double sofa bed) as well as a two seat sofa, WiFi, 4K 55 Inch Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube Etc) with Blu-ray player and an impressive DVD collection as well as a portable Bluetooth speaker for all of your entertainment enjoyment.

The double aspect balcony has a separate dining area that overlooks the private swimming pool and a lounging area for catching the afternoon sun with a little more privacy.

There is off street parking directly outside of the front door of the apartment as well as a secure underground car-parking space.

Lovely location and condo

We were very pleased with our stay at Martin’s condo. He was so lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries or request we made. The condo is very cosy and well equipped, and in one of the best locations in Alvor. We highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location

Really comfortable apartment - great facilities, lots of books & DVDs wonderful pool. Few hundred metres from great restaurants and bars - super comfy bed - Magia made us feel very welcome - definitely a return trip. Free parking behind electric gates, couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely perfect location the complex is a little dated but this doesn’t have any effect on your stay. Magia was super helpful when we locked ourselves out of apartment.

Spacious apartment in probably the best location in Alvor. Seconds away from the harbour and two minutes away from the town. The apartment has a large south facing balcony - perfect for a winter stay. Private gated condominium which makes it a very safe and private location.

Fabulous Apartment

Great experience from start to finish. The apartment is well appointed and is situated right in the heart of everything Alvor has to offer. Communication with the owner from initial booking to our return home was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful Magia who showed us all the apartment has to offer and assured us if we needed anything at all she was on hand to assist. All the comforts of home with added sunshine!! We shall be returning !

Firstly Alvor is a really nice place to visit and the property is right next door to it all. It’s very comfortable with views of the pool and down to the boats at anchor in the estuary. Numerous restaurants are a short walk away uphill or along the front. For those with walking difficulties there are only three steps to negotiate to the door of this ground floor apartment. If you have a late flight and you don’t have a car you will have to figure out where to keep your luggage after the 10:30 checkout.

Excellent apartment, amazing location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and clean, with a great view from the terrace. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village with all the local commerce, restaurants, bars, but somehow isolated from the crowd noise! Also a 2 minute walk from the river waterfront which is really nice. You can also go for a stroll in the natural reserve by the river (wonderful). The beach is also near (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking), which is great. Communication with Martin was very easy and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Magia, she was very nice, showed us around and was always very helpful and available for anything we needed (she actually went to meet us on arrival, at the center of Alvor, and guided us to the apartment, since we got lost!). The only small glitch was that the kitchen exhaust was not working, for those of us who like to cook it's a bit of a nuisance. So to make it absolutely perfect we just ask Martin to fix that... and please, please, please also provide a coffee machine :-) Wonderful place, makes us want to come back!

Very enjoyable stay but the bed was small for two older adults and a bit uncomfortable. Also the Hob had issues, as it would come up with "h" for all burners as soon as we turned it on at the breaker. Sometimes we could only get one burner to work at a time but it was random which ones would work. I researched the "h" and it's supposed to come on when a burner is hot but we would see it as soon as we turned on the breaker. They asked us to always turn off the breaker after using it for some odd reason. Also the towel rack temperature knob was broken, which we were informed of on arrival. All that said, great location and generally comfortable accommodation.

Hello Brian I'm sorry your stay was not as comfortable as you might have liked. The bed is king sized 150 x 200cm in Europe. The hob as far are as I am aware has no defects but is touch sensitive and maybe different to more traditional ones. sehr schönes Apartment, nahe zum Strand und zum Ortskern

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage, die sowohl nah am Strand als auch zum Ortskern von Alvor liegt. Die Einrichtung war für einen ein bis zweiwöchigen Urlaub für uns absolut ausreichend. Übernahme und Rückgabe war auch total problemlos.
