This is a lovely house, located between the shops and ready money beach.

This is a lovely house, located between the shops and ready money beach. The views from the windows are stunning. This is our third view to this house and I would totally recommend it. We managed a walk to the beach everyday even though it’s a windy February. The local pubs and restaurants are amazing, something for everyone.The owner is very helpful and the house has a great new kitchen with everything you could need. A wonderful family holiday.

A very well equipped and furnished house with lovely views across the river. Nice outdoor seating. We had a lovely week at the property. The properties only downside was the uncomfortable sofas and dark bathrooms. If you have difficulty with stairs perhaps the house is not for you.

All in all this is a very nice property in a perfect location.

All in all this is a very nice property in a perfect location. The views from the balconies are spectacular. We felt some of the furnishings a little tired; the sofas could do with replacing and the kitchen updating. Although the house was clean enough we also felt the cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough during these covid times. However this did not detract from a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Great break away from the normal life.

Great break away from the normal life. The house is set up overlooking the river in Fowey so has amazing views. You do need to be aware the hill is very steep so not ideal if you have limited mobility. Lots to do around there with nowhere far away. Eden Project is about 15 minutes, Mevagissey half an hour and Charlestown close by too. Plus lots of walks around Fowey and the Cornish coast. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Fantastic property with amazing views, spread over 6 levels was fun getting used to the kitchen being on the top floor but loved the layout completely! Well stocked, well laid out holiday home. Loved that there were a few bits in the kitchen to cover forgetfulness ie forgot to order sugar. Receiving a pre-holiday phone call from the owner and an email of tips and advice was such a great help and much appreciated. Will definitely book again.
