Villa Lipica with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

Villa Lipica is a magnificent holiday house for 14 people. The large garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tavern with a fireplace, sauna, gym, massage table, and many other amenities will delight guests of this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor has a large living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery that contains a billiard and other games for the whole family. The gallery connects two bedrooms and a living room. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. On the left side of the villa, there is a separate studio apartment (separate entrance, near the pool), with 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds, and an attached bathroom. Enjoy a beautiful garden with deck chairs, table tennis, a large private pool (with a children's section), and an outdoor jacuzzi. 
Villa Lipica is an ideal choice for the perfect family holiday. Young groups (under 26 years old) and parties are NOT ALLOWED. Max. 2 pets are allowed per reservation.

Huis van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer rustige omgeving midden in Istrië. Nada is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

Wunderbar!

Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Nada und ihrer Familie für diese wunderbare Woche bedanken. Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich und das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten anfangs ein kleines Problem mit den Whirlpool, es hat keine halbe Stunde gedauert und schon war jemand von der Familie da und alles war wieder gut. Wir waren mit 11 Personen dort und der Platz war wirklich ausreichend. Auch kann man von dort auch schnell Orte wie Pula, Poreč oder Rovinj erreichen. Wir können die Villa Lipica nur jedem empfehlen der mit Freunden oder Familie eine schöne Zeit verbringen will!

Tolles Haus, ideal für Familienerholung

Wir waren, in dem wundervollen Haus im Familienurlaub mit vier Generationen. Und für alle war etwas geboten. Ruhige Plätzchen im Garten zum Lesen genauso, wie jede Menge Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren wahnsinnig nett und standen immer sofort bereit, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten, oder Fragen hatten. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in naher Umgebung. Auch zum Essen gehen gibt es einige Restaurants und Konobas in der Nähe. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30 Minuten. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Heizung für den Pool, der Anfang September doch schon sehr erfrischend war. Aber man konnte sich ja sofort im Anschluss im Whirlpool wieder aufwärmen. Das Haus kann man absolut weiter empfehlen und ich denke, wir werden wieder kommen.
