Our renovated villa with private pool, heating and air conditioning on Benissa Costa is located in a residential and peaceful area. La Fustera beach 1200 m with beach bar, restaurant. Pinet beach 1000m

It includes: three bedrooms with mosquito nets, (air conditioning and heating) a bathroom, a shower room, two toilets, a modern fully equipped kitchen open to a large, convivial living room with fireplace, HD TV, wifi
 French, British, Germanic television channel ....

Around the private pool is a beautiful garden where children can play with a breathtaking view of the sea. A garden furniture, a ball game, a plancha and deckchairs for moments of relaxation.

Please note July and August we only accept full weeks.

Fantastic stay at Sea View Villa

Christine and Jacques are lovely hosts and very helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks July/August 2024. Sea View villia is well equipped for a very homely stay. The area is tranquil and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful house, pool and area

The house is wonderful both inside and outside. There’s good beds, towels and a kitchen with good equipment. The pool area is lovely. There is a really nice view to the sea. We loved to walk along the small roads to the coastline. There is a beautiful trail with ocean view all the way to Calpe. Along the trail there is small lovely beaches and viewpoints. The host is very nice and we had good communication before and while we were there. We give the house and surroundings our best recommendations!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house. It’s obvious that the owners did everything to create a very nice atmosphere in this well maintained villa. The pool and surrounding are great. Enough sun beds and seats to sit or sunbath around the pool. The owners are very sympathetic people and they react very quickly. We can really recommend this villa if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet area. It’s only a short distance (by car) to Calpe or Moiraira. We loved it!

Beautiful, well equipped villa

The villa can’t be faulted. The owners are easy to deal with and have invested where it matters. Great beds, efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito nets on bedroom and bathroom windows, pity they don’t have them on the windows in the kitchen, living area or main doors, as no air conditioning in those areas, as it got stuffy some evenings and there were still plenty of mosquitoes around, even in October. Plenty of hot water for the powerful showers. Plenty of shelf space in the main bathroom. Good quality linen and towels. Comfortable furniture. Plenty of decent quality garden furniture in several areas. Pool very good. It gets deep very quickly, that would be a concern for people with small children, but a child gate on the terrace is a thoughtful addition to manage and keep them safe. Being able to have our dogs in a secure garden was fantastic ;mind the low wall at the side wall, next to the white bench, it’s low and a dog could jump out if it wanted to. The only issue for us was the area, which is lovely, but extremely hilly on narrow, winding roads, some extremely dangerous and uncomfortable to drive on, more dangerous to walk on, especially at night, as no street lights, so you really need to drive everywhere, if that’s not a problem for you, then I can’t fault the villa. My tip would be, drive to Calpe and then approach the villa, as the direct road from Benissa is a white knuckle ride, with currently a lot of construction traffic on week-days. All the neighbours we had any dealings with were very nice people, the local vet is great, all in all a lovely holiday. Just not the area for us, we like to walk more than was safely possible.

Magnífico lugar

Una villa muy tranquila con todo lo que necesitaba nuestro grupo para pasar unos días de descanso en familia. Nos gustó todo. La piscina es muy grande y se puede nadar bien. Herbsturlaub Oktober 23

Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert u. unbürokratisch. Sehr nette Leute. -Das wir eine Baustelle genau nebenan hatten, war nicht so schön-. Aber das ist ja ein temporäres Problem. Leider braucht man für alle Erledigungen ein Auto, selbst zum Bäcker/Supermarkt. Es ist ein großes Gebiet mit Ferienhäusern ohne gewachsene Strukturen. Wen das nicht stört. Schönes Haus (die Betten, na ja), schöner Blick, toller Pool. Alles da, was man braucht und ohne Baustelle auch sehr ruhig.
