The three bedrooms of this floor all feature warm/cool air-con: one bedroom is provided with a double bed and two with two twin beds. The six guests that will stay on this floor also have a bathroom with a shower and a spacious bathtub at their disposal.

Downstairs, there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower. A spacious dining-living room with a galley corner completes the layout of the ground floor; this room is also available for less than six people, whereas the two bedrooms and bathroom of this floor are open only when a group of 6+ people rents the property.

The porch of the villa welcomes a pool table, a ping-pong table and a soccer table, as well as a space for “al fresco” dining and a chill-out area. Several sun loungers are located between the porch and the fence that separates the house from the surrounding nature. Next to the porch, a fabulous private pool, which adds the exact amount of charm to the splendid setting of the villa. An outdoor toilet and a covered BBQ complete the amenities.
