This charming third-floor, three-bedroom apartment is located in a small and exclusive complex, Mont Salonica, no more than five minutes' walk from the beautiful Arenal beach in Jávea. It has an extremely large and completely private roof terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the valley and low hills, towards the impressive Montgó Mountain in Javea.
In the apartment itself, the spacious living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and there is a large, conveniently located open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms have the same magnificent views as the living room and terrace. Note: air conditioning is only available in the living room. Modern ceiling fans for the bedrooms.
In the nearby family beach of Arenal, there are safe bathrooms, water sports and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Even closer than the sandy beach of Arenal and approximately one minute's walk from the apartment is the rocky beach, excellent for snorkelling, diving and fishing.
The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 2 km away. The Costa Blanca also has many golf courses, the closest being just 10 minutes by car.
JH Advice: Salonica Attic is located just 250 metres from the Sea Mountain and 150 metres from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are located. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Location was great. The flat very spacious with lots of outdoor spaces. The view from roof top incredible. Great shower and good amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine.
Another air con unit needed in the main bedroom - just too hot to sleep in the summer months

Gorgeous and roomy place. The views of Javea and the mountain is lovely, and with a very short walk to Arenal Beach and all the great shops and restaurants along the boardwalk, this place’s location really is superb. Place a fan at the start of the hallway to help move the A/C down into the bedrooms. Take a dip in the saltwater pool to stay cool. We loved it!!!

Una gran terraza junto a la playa, con vistas al Montgó.
Me han encantado las terrazas, el equipamiento completo del alojamiento y la amplitud de los espacios, y la tranquilidad del barrio, es muy buena la localización y muy bueno el servicio de limpieza. Gracias por el servicio. Repetiremos.
El garaje es realmente complicado y estrecho, y de las dos plazas una estaba ocupada, esto debería explicarse mejor. No me ha gustado tener que estar pendiente de la instalación de salida del agua de condensación del equipo de aire, sacando cubos de agua la instalación está en malas condiciones, el tanque esta fisurado, pierde agua por varios puntos, el tubo que llega del equipo no tiene la pendiente adecuada y también genera goteo, y todo esto deriva en un charco que se forma en la terraza del salón, básicamente por que la salida de agua de la terraza está obturada, llovió mucho uno de los días y se inundó la terraza por que la evacuación no funciona y es tan fácil como mandar a un operario a desatascar y limpiar el tubo de salida de la fachada. Por cierto, también os comento, que en la terraza las pendientes de evacuación del agua de la ducha y de la lluvia y de una de las macetas, están mal ejecutadas, y se hacen charcos, por eso tenéis manchas de humedad en los techos del salón. Soy arquitecta, os comento esto para que lo revisen los dueños, y por cierto, en la terraza, la "alfombra" de plástico de césped artificial también contribuye a que el agua se quede estancado y genere filtraciones en el techo del salón. Espero que estén bien.

Ático Salónica , mucho calor
Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
Una mejora en la terraza de arriba, en general está muy dejada , hamacas viejas y no muy limpia.
Necesita pintura en algunas paredes y hay alguna humedad en techos...

Gracias por tu comentario. Lamentamos saber que pasaron demasiado calor por la noche (este año fue un verano muy caluroso) y que pensaron que la terraza necesitaba mejoras. La humedad de la zona puede causar problemas con la pintura exterior, por lo que vamos a actualizar la terraza este invierno para refrescarla. Esperamos volver a darle la bienvenida a Jávea pronto.
