The property needs some TLC such as bathroom towel bar damage, non-grip surface in tub, remove non-grip rug in front of deck door, wash the floors (especially the kitchen), and replace grossly stained mattress pad.We were not told about the highway road construction out the front door which made it difficult to get around town and the traffic noise was unbearable. We would have chosen another place to stay.

The unit is worn, and poorly equipped. The amenities are non-existent. The unit and the building is in great need of a facelift. The bar stools were of different sizes. Outside (not the fault of the owners, but certainly worthy of disclosure), the busy street/ thoroughfare is under total renovation, with trucks and equipment noise that cannot be ignored. Overall, NOT what we expected.

Amazing stay!

Overall this was an amazing place to stay. There were only a few draw backs. There is a pilates place downstairs so during the day you can hear there music. This didn’t affect us much because we were out during this time. The place was bigger than the pictures made it look in my opinion. There was enough cooking tools for basic meals nothing super fancy but it worked just fine. There were only a few forks which wasn’t amazing but we made it work! If you bring your dog be aware that there isn’t a good spot to go potty directly around the place but there is a park not too far. All of that being said, these were minor inconvenience and my fiancé and I had an amazing time. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to a few friends and my mom!

Great location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed! There were a few kitchen items that were hard to use due to them being broken or well used; the fireplace struggled a little bit too. Everything else was great!

Great location! Center of everything

Perfect location, condo was very clean and mattress was comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the main street and we were in walking distance of many restaurants, stores, & bars. Overall the perfect experience!

Great location

Walking distance to many restaurants and stores in Pagosa. Had a great balcony over looking main. Apartment was spacious and decorated nicely. Really enjoyed it.

Awesome spot

We loved this little apartment and its amenities. It was cozy, the deck overlooks main st. It was nice to sit out for coffee and meals. It was cool inside with the fan going and overall. Jusy a nice relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again!!

Excellent property and location, found out in the morning that property management had not restocked the coffee supply. All close shops were closed in proximity to the property. Be prepared.

Cute little condo with balcony. Very clean. Good location. Tried to contact management about assigned parking … as we were given conflicting information about which spot was ours. Didn’t receive a return call from either party.

Did not stay. Lost money. Listing did not state there were stairs. We are older and have bad knees.

Did not stay. Listing did not state it was on second floor. My husband is disabled and my daughter and I have bad knees. Did not find out about it until that morning. We lost 500.00. I was not able to cancel. The cancel button was grayed out. Very disappointed. Probably not use again. Will not recommend. It is not easy for seniors to use. It just really upsets me that we lost that money. Host said if we looked at the pictures we would see it was on second floor. I read the listing that did not state second floor and no elevator.

Nice location

Once we arrived the room was not cleaned from the previous tenants. We had to change our own linens and wash towels. The cleaning fee plus a little more was refunded. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything but would not stay here again due to the cleaning situation. Also make sure to bring your own coffee, there was none when we arrived.

Duke is super responsive and was so helpful about last minute change to bring my pup with me. Great suggestions for the hot springs. Beautifully decorated space with all the essentials. Easy check in and check out. Only two issues I had with my stay… 1- With the spoiled egg smell on my body after hot springs, I just wanted a hot shower. The hot shower literally lasted 5mins. It turned cold by the time I was going to rinse the conditioner out of my hair. Definitely no time for body wash. I had to get out of the shower. In hopes I’d wait 10mins to regain hot water. Didn’t happen. 2 - I wish they’d invest in Roku device. I get that peeps go out there to disconnect. But, I like to watch TV when falling asleep. The DirecTV set up is lame. Just used to Roku or FireStick apps.

The property was clean and well furnished. There was a small mix-up with the cleaning after the prior renters checked out, but Duke quickly addressed that. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this unit again in the future.
