This a beautiful and spaciousvproperty that has not changed a bit over the last few years that we have rented from him. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous views, and a very close to restaurants shopping and skiing. It is much newer and more modern than the majority of properties that are ski and ski out. If you don’t mind a short drive to the slopes, this is an impeccable location.

Very nice property with great view. Comfortable and plenty of room. The complex is easy to get to and very convenient to town. Road is wide and paved two lanes which is great in the mountains. The complex has beautiful garden/landscspimg. We had a soft grassy lawn for morning yoga with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Big patio with lots of space. Brian was very responsive and helpful!

We had an amazing experience! This was an early 50th wedding anniversary getaway and everything was perfect. We hoped to see snow and got 8 inches. The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace to see by while watching it snow. Brian, the host, was available for anything we might need but we had everything we needed! It was wonderful!!!

You will love our place because you will get to experience comfort, luxury and great views as close to town as possible.

Why they chose this property

Location, Spectacular Views and Luxury. Located one mile outside of the town of Banner Elk it has easy access to Beech Mountain and sugar mountain. This condo is in a community except when in the home it feels more like you are in the wilderness with no one around. The views are phenomenal with natural south-facing panoramic observation of Grandfather and Sugar mountains. And the amenities in this condo include high end finishes including granite counter tops, travertine floors, oversized showers and tubs. Finally, this condo is accessible to all with zero step entry and will accommodate wheel chair accessibility.

What makes this property unique

The Vistas is a condo community that offer the opportunity for guests to walk their dog in the community, cook out on the adjoining grill and enjoy the breathtaking views from the back patio. This property is also unique to the mountains because the entry is level and handicap accessible so that everyone from young to elderly can enjoy the home.

NOTE: This property is located in the same Condo building as VRBO #914923 if this place is booked then please look at that property as well. Also it is a great option if two families are visiting and want to have separate space but be very conveniently located next to each other.
