Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one single with a truckle bed, able to sleep up to four people and served by a family shower room. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has shared use of the owner's garden, as well as off-road parking for one car. Little Piccadilly is a wonderful choice for a country break to South Devon.
