Have you been dreaming of visiting paradise? Come stay at " Casa Blanca “ the corner lot is steps from the white sands and blue water of Pensacola Beach. This two story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 12. There is a large garage area to hold all your beach toys plus there is a ping pong table. Downstairs has a covered party area with extra seating, large dining table, party lights, gas grill, and a fridge located in the garage. A new huge private outdoor shower with H/C water has been added on the ground floor.The main level deck is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. This corner lot home has dedicated beach access and is just steps from the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Remove top and bottom sheets and pillowcases from used beds. Place used bed linen and towels in front of the living room tv. Leave bed spreads on the beds. All trash to outside trash cans.
All dishes in the sink and dishwasher need to be clean and put away. Place keys (2) on key board in living room. Close front door and leave it UNLOCKED for cleaning crew.
Remove all items from refrigerators. Put all bicycles back into garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Pets of any kind allowed. Pets found on property will incur $500 charge.
No vehicles parked on the lawn at any time. No RVs allowed on the property.
No parties, wedding receptions of any kind at any time. Adult listed as renter in VRBO site must reside at the property throughout stay.

It was great. The house was a one block walk down a sidewalk path to the beach. Included were a canopy w/cart, a beach umbrella, chairs,several boogie boards and various toys. The host went over and above. When the washing machine had a minor issue, he got a repair person on site the same day.

Very close to beach and house was very clean. Great place to hang out by the garage with plenty of beach toys for the kids and beach equipment. Could use some updated and larger TVs in the bedrooms but overall would recommend this property to a friend.

Great vacation rental for a week away!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Great access to the beach, very clean, and we loved the table downstairs under the house for group dinners. Perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with family or friends!

Perfect beach get away

Spacious home just a few steps away from the beach. Further away from the crowds so you can enjoy a relatively quiet beach. The house is also stocked with beach supplies - not in the best condition, but still functional. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Pensacola.

Spring Break

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of beach chairs and toys. The beach is about a 3minute walk and very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything needed for feeding a crowd. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking CasaBlanca!

We stayed at this home for a week in July and had a great vacation. This home has a few repairs that need attention, but I know the owner just recently purchased it and will take the kinks out in the off season. Perfect Family Get-Away

We had a mixed age-group of family members traveling together (ages 5-56) and we all had a great time. Johnathan has so many things available for you to enjoy at the beach and at his home. The amount of beach stuff is incredible. I wish I had left my stuff at home and saved on the packing. The walk to the beach is super easy and very close. The house is not close to condos so the beach was never crowded. We would stay here again!!!

I will start with the positive. The host communicated well with check in and out procedures along with answering questions. They even let me come early to store my breast milk before check in. Best part of the property was how close to the beach it is. However, the house was uncomfortably musty, mold was found in the showers and air vents, the furniture, rugs and blankets were stained and dirty. There was a dehumidifier that would fill completely within a couple hours. The listing was also inaccurate as multiple pictures and written information stated there was a covered porch with a sitting area. There was no covered porch and no table on the porch, this was very unfortunate because that was one of the reasons I booked this house. We did use a canopy that was there but had to put it up and down. The pictures and listing should be updated to actually represent the property.

Great family beach house!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was clean and comfortable. The short (less than five minutes) walk to the beach was pleasant. No crossing busy roads! And the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that there are only 2 showers which made things a little tricky for 7 people. But other than that We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would stay here again!
