🌴Alii Villas #229 Absolute oceanfront getaway. Nicely upgraded and well equipped🌴

This is one of the most stunning oceanfront condos in Alii Villas.
Totally upgraded and set up for your comfort. Sleeps 4 people comfortably in 2 queen beds, walk in showers in both bathrooms, high end appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wifi and flat screen television. Located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs. Parking is located right in front of the stairwell. Alii Villas is centrally located between Kona town and Keauhou. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this unit.
Alii Villas has a heated pool, BBQ and picnic area and oceanfront shoreline access.
For land lovers, Alii Drive is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 15-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Alii Villas is also a 15 minute drive from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north about 5 minutes is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.

Beautiful place to stay

This apartment is a gem. It is in a perfect location as it is near enough to Kailua but not in it. The. Apartment is spotless and equipped with every amenity that one could need. The complex is very well maintained and the pool is great. We have already recommended it to friends and if we come back to the Big Island would try stay here again.

Loved this little slice of paradise!

This condo was fantastic for my family of 4! We had plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed its nicely appointed decor and amenities. It was close to town, and easy to get to sights and beaches both north and south of Kona. For me, the best part of the condo was for sure the lanai, which was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was my favorite spot to sit in the early mornings with a book, listening to the waves crashing, and enjoying the antics of the spinner dolphins as they came through the bay. Great condo, and one we'd definitely rent again! Mahalo!

First Hawaiian Trip

The property was great. Beautiful and comfortable with all amenities needed. We do feel it could have been cleaner. A lot of old dust - counter tops (kitchen and bathrooms) did not feel clean. Fans loaded with dust. Washer had mildew. Cupboards , drawers, and all surfaces could use a thorough cleaning. Aside from that it was spectacular!!!

*Be aware that the pool in the photo is not one that you can use * The house was clean and comfortable and provided easy access to kona and west coast. The views were spectacular. We were just extremely disappointed with the pool situation as we had booked it in part for that reason. There is another pool you can use, away from the ocean and not visible from the condo. Still, overall we were pretty happy

This condo is closely located near downtown. The view from the lanai is great. The condo itself needs help. The towels have to be about 10 years old. They were so heavy, stiff and gross. Stunned that they have not been replaced. The beds are bad. We all slept terribly, they were very Stiff and our mattress was sagging in some spots. The linens were pilling, and you can tell the comforters aren’t washed after each guest. All the drawers throughout were dirty. Either had crumbs or hair in them.The pocket doors to the master bedroom had dust caked on them. We paid an extra $200 to use the condo for the day because our flight wasn’t until 9:00pm. Totally worth it. Dawn the Property Mgr. was short and not friendly. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Cute condo. Well appointed.

Enjoyed staying here. The condo itself is well appointed. Plenty of cookware and supplies to cook meals with. Has all the usual things you would expect-plenty of towels, some games, stereo, smart tv, etc. Basically if you like to hang out and relax in the condo a lot you'll be comfortable. There are a couple of "buts" though. 1. Bed is a tad small if you're used to a Queen/King. Perfectly fine and reasonable comfortable. 2. The pool you see from your lanai is for the complex next door FYI. Some people might want a little more privacy. Also, it can be a little noisy if there are kids playing in the pool. Didn't bother us all that much but should be noted if you're looking for a quiet and secluded location. 3. Speaking of the Lanai-you do get a great view of the water and it has comfortable furniture. We ate there mostly soaking in the atmosphere. Overall I'd say it was worth the money. P.S. Ali'i Dr is a busy road with narrow shoulders and a bike lane with no real walking path so heads up if you intend to walk down to Kailuna-Kona and the pier.

Great Unit with Outstanding View

This unit is located on the ocean side with a wonderful lanai perfect for ocean views, including the dolphins that visited and put on a wonderful show. The unit is a 2nd floor walk-up with 2 bedrooms, full stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. It is walkable to "downtown" Kona, but a car is necessary for visiting the rest of the island.

Our vacation to Kona was wonderful, largely in part to this wonderful condo. Looking at the water first thing when we woke up, to sunsets on the lanai each night, we couldn't have had a better view. Additionally, the condo was super clean and the BBQs, pool and grounds were maintained excellently. Would re-book.

Peaceful views

Great location. Easy walk to Kona. It was muggy while we were there and air conditioning would have made sleeping at night easier, but we did get some nice breezes through the unit. We did use the fans that were provided. Unit has nice selection of kitchen supplies. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. We did see dolphins in the cove one morning. There is a pool directly under the balcony but it belongs to the condo property next to Alii Villas. It was occasionally noisy but always quiet after 9 PM.
