About this property

This is a brand-new remodel 2 bed, 2 bath, washer/dryer, reserved parking on ocean condo. The Master can be closed off from living room with Shoji screens, the guest room has a solid door. We have put in a built-in desk with wifi connections should you need to work remotely. You will see dolphins from your Lanai, outriggers passing by and hear the crashing of the waves and find such peace and tranquility. Enjoy our little Kona Town, the harbor, nice restaurants and bars. The landscaping is a true tropical paradise. You will find the true spirit of Aloha when you arrive on island, and you might see a wild goat on your way from the airport. The master is a king size bed, and the guest is a queen. You will find all the beach equipment needed for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, friendly BBQ area and an observation deck to enjoy our world-famous sunsets. If you need to accommodate a larger group, I have (4) 2-bedroom ocean front units. The condo is on the third floor and we do not have elevators. Please see the other listings Vrbo 1291458, Vrbo 2280112, Vrbo 2398901, Vrbo 2808241, I wanted to address bugs on island. Yes we do have island critters and we use a professional company to come into all units for pest control on a monthly basis as well as check each unit after each departure so it is in pristine condition. The review from one owner was a one time incident.

Look no further

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Get mesmerized by the ocean and watch dolphins from the lanai. Awesome sunsets and warm pool!

Awesome Ocean views

Betsy was a wonderful host. Her Condo was very clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable. Super close to town. The Best part let me say, Was the Views!!! We sat on the Lanai which was literally on the Ocean. Hearing the waves every morning and falling asleep to it felt like a dream. Thank you Betsy for having us at your lovely condo. My mom, sister and I, enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Alii Villas Condo

Betsy was an awesome host. It was so nice to have a condo that came equipped with basic kitchen needs, there were so many spices to use and condiments in the fridge. The condo was very clean and the view can’t be beat. There were even a few snacks for us upon arrival!

Overall the property is as advertised. My only comment is that even though we never kept food outside the refrigerator, there were still cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen silverware drawer, on the counter & in the master bathroom. I know this is a tropical location, but it's possible the property needs to have someone come in & spray more often.

AMAZING!!

This property had one of the best views on the island!! We saw an incredible fireworks display across the city on New Year’s Eve! We listened to the ocean and saw whales and dolphins from our lani!! Betsy was so friendly and helpful with many suggestions for island activities! We will definitely stay here again!! It’s a real gem!!

I came to the island in 2016 and was overwhelmed with how friendly and beautiful the island is. I have met new friends from all walks of life and enjoy meeting new guests. I am a charter captain so you might see me on one of your adventures on island. I am sure you will have a very blessed time on island and create such beautiful memories. I can guarantee you will not want to leave!

This is a very tropical complex with the friendliest neighbors. We have potlucks and many other activities. The location is perfect to walk into town have a great night and safely return to the condo.
