Absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. And the property was exactly what we expected and hoped for. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in Venice

First time at Venice and found this place which become in a great option to stay, well renovated apartment in a really quiet and convenience location to have the rest you need during your time in Venice. Really short walk to Water Bus and grocery stores and restaurants available in the area. No doubt we going to choose again this option in the future.

Ideal for Biennale

The apartment is attractive and beautifully presented. It is very spacious, particularly the bedroom which has a large, very comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Being on the ground floor meant no stairs to climb after a day's sightseeing. The location is very convenient for both the Giardini and Arsenale if you're visiting the Biennale. It's also near the Giardini vaporetto stop and a short walk to the Via Garibaldi which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The host, Debora, was very helpful and accommodating. We had an excellent stay in this apartment.

Amazing place

We loved our stay in Venice. Wish we could have stayed longer. ONLY issue was the location on VRBO was totally different than location of actual apartment. That messed up our travel, but was quickly sorted out. Otherwise it was fantastic. Highly recommend getting the water ferry pass for the whole stay. We used it lots. Lots of great restaurants a few blocks away. Highly recommend.

Short break in Venice

This property is superb! I couldn’t fault it. Debora is a wonderful host, so quick to respond and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and settled during our stay. She responded very quickly to any messages via the ap. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a real oasis from the busy tourist streets of san Marco, with lots of great local cafes, shops, bakeries etc all within 5 min radius. Beds were very comfortable, so quiet at night. Bathroom (waterfall shower just great) and kitchen well equipped (loved the coffee maker although struggled to get the right pods to fit it). Will DEFINITELY try rebook here when I next come back to Venice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Property, But Location Was Not Correct When Booked

The apartment is absolutely lovely! It's very clean, on the ground-floor (no-steps) plenty of space with a well-stocked kitchen. The bathroom was very clean. The one bedroom is very quiet. There is a sofa in the living room which converts to a bed. There is no second, private bedroom. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was only a few minutes walk from 2 different ferry (vaporetto) stops. Why I ranked this lower is because when we booked on VRBO 3 months before our stay, VRBO showed the location was in the Cannaregio District. When the host emailed the exact address 48 hours before arriving, the address was next to the Biennale Gardens, about 1.5 - 2 kilometers away/30-40 walk from the Cannaregio District/Rialto Bridge. We needed to stay in the Cannaregio District. I asked the host why the location was different when we booked 3 months earlier and she said VRBO made the mistake. The host did call VRBO while we stayed there and changed the location on the VRBO site. The host requested we communicate in Italian. Communication was done through the VRBO app. We asked the host for some sort of discount/partial refund for the location not being correct when we booked and only learning of the new location 48 hours before arriving. The host did not offer any money, blaming VRBO. We did get some money back from VRBO, after several hours on the phone. Overall, very clean, comfortable space - but take note, THIS IS VERY CLOSE to the Biennale Gardens.

Un séjour à l'abri des foules dans un quartier accueillant

L'appartement de Debora est parfait pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien entretenu et Debora est une hôte très réactive qui fait beaucoup pour arranger le séjour sur place. Le quartier du Castello est parfait pour se sentir au calme et proche des vénitiens.
