Beautiful newly renovated, fully equipped, self catering Villa, Set in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance of the local town of Javea with its sandy beaches and popular bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The supermarket is not far away less than 5 minutes in the car. Set on 1000m plot with beautiful large gardens surrounding the property. Peaceful and secure location fully fenced so you can relax while little ones play, no passing traffic so at night time you can get a peaceful nights sleep. With ample off road parking and private lockable twin gates. The property has a seperate annex on the side with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and single sofa-bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is a fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet and basin. The kitche/diner/living area has good size kitchen. The main house boasts three large bedrooms, the main bedroom leads out onto a large private balcony with sea and mountain views and has an on suit bedroom with freestanding bath. The second bedroom has bunk beds, the third another double bed. The downstairs bathroom is newly decorated with a large free standing bath and wet room. The kitchen is a large fantastic entertaining area which leads out onto a patio with dining area and views of the pool. The living room is cosy with a pellet burner for the winter. We have a large tiled sunbathing area and ample sun loungers. The pool also has a shallow and deep end perfect for children. We are lucky enough to have beautiful sea views, Seating and BBQ area included also. 3km to the Arenal Beach which boasts lovely play areas for all ages and outdoor gyms, also available in July and August are jet skis, boat hire and pedal boats at the beach. We also have available if required the use of travel cot and high chair. For hire we have pushbikes, sea scooters, paddle boards and kayaks. We are an hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airport. Nearest towns are Denia and Moraira. Perfect for a relaxing break for all of the family.

Ideal for families

The property is amazing and was exactly as described. It suited our 2 families. The hosts were very responsive and gave us a lot of info about the area. We knew if we had a problem they were only a text away. I recommend hiring a car because it is a difficult walk to the beach and shops. Overall, i would highly recommend this property and we really enjoyed our stay.

Dit was de geweldigste vakantie tot nu toe. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en steeds bereikbaar voor als je zelf tips wil. De andere momenten zijn ze niet te zien wat je echt een privé gevoel geeft. Het huis is proper, alles is aanwezig en de tuin is super gezellig! Een echt vakantiegevoel in een rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het strand. Bovendien hebben ze een gouden hart voor dieren! Onze hond had het ook naar haar zin.

We live in Spain with our two boys aged 12 and 9.
we came to explore Spain 4 years ago and travelled up and down the coast trying to find the perfect location to raise our family.
We finally settled on Javea, we fell in love with its relaxed atmosphere, friendly people, golden sandy beaches and obviously the incredible weather.

Why they chose this property

When buying our property we viewed many in the area, this house stood out by miles for us as its close enough to all the amenities but far enough away that you can still enjoy the quiet life. Not to mention it has incredible views from every angle, we can see the sea and the montgo mountain. The property is surrounded by walls and fencing and so is safe for children and pets and also stops any wind so its a real hot spot!

What makes this property unique

Secure perfect for pets and children. We have another business selling adventure sports equipment and have lots available to hire. The house has also been completely renovated. The views are spectacular.
