Great history, massive yard to have a fire, play horseshoes, ride bikes. Awesome front patio. Table in kitchen is perfect for a ten person dinner.

The 5 of us enjoyed our stay very much. The place was super comfy, had everything we needed and gave us a great space to just hang out and visit. We enjoyed many of the recommendations made by the host. It was a central point for the 5 of us to meet so we plan to be back!

The Farm house was just what our family needed! Big enough for the 11 of us to spread out if needed, but lots of spaces to gather together. The fire pit was a family favorite. I loved that the dinning table was large enough for all of us to eat our meals together. The location of the house is perfect. So close to all that Holland has to offer. The stocked coffee bar was a fun surprise! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to visiting it again!

What an awesome location for a family vacation. The beach near by, nice fire-pit to make our s’mores, and plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. This home was exactly as described very clean, well stocked, and in a nice location. Host were very easy to communicate with.

Clean property, perfect for stays with families. We had a great time. The bunk beds were a little close to the ceiling and couldn’t be slept in but the day bed and pull out couch were great alternatives. We had an awesome time!

Very clean and cozy house. We love riding bikes to the beaches! Great location. We loved grilling out and hanging out in the spacious yard. Everything was perfect on our vacation! Highly recommend.

The house was lovely and very clean. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and was big enough for all of us to sit around the table. They had games, beach toys and bikes for my grandchildren to use which keep them very busy. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We enjoyed our evenings sitting around the fire pit and the amenities in the house were great. Highly recommend this house.

Our group of 12 absolutely loved the Farmhouse cottage. The location could not be beat. The host(s) thought of all the extras. We loved the outdoor space despite the mosquitos! We were worried about the bathroom situation being on different floors but it was no problem at all. We were thrilled to have hot showers with great pressure as our previous place did not! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to visit again!!

Exceptional hosts who communicated throughout the trip! Very clean, adorable farmhouse. My only complaint is that the walkability was not as good as we’d hoped. 20-25 minutes walk to a Lake Michigan beach, so we drove and paid for parking. Also important to note that one bathroom is on the lower level/basement and none on the 2nd floor/upper level with 2 of the bedrooms. Lots of stairs to go down for our kids’ middle of the night bathroom trips! Otherwise great place.

It was cleanDefinitely used wide angle lens for photos of rooms. Not as big as pictures.Negative is Their Rules. Especially about towels/ linens. If you have a place for 10-14 people but only 2 hooks for towels in bathroom THEN INSTUCT TO PUT IN DRYER Dirty So THEY DONT GET MOLDYOne wonders if they are clean when folded and we arrived ???Also it’s OK to ask guests to strip beds but to have to put them in the basement??? Also. You must get your OWN FIREWOOD I’m sure they have ENOUGH GUESTS All summer they can AFFORD to get a face cord of wood for the guests to use….Checkerboard missing 2 black checkers. Never ALLOWING LATE CHECKOUT. An hour or 2 would be great ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS Probably NOT GOING TO BE BOOKED the day of checkout ….. that would be a common courtesy on an individual basis….. again if someone is coming that day and you are turning over than what is the deal about NOT LEAVING A DAMP TOWEL?? This really was a turn off.

My family and I loved the Farmhouse Cottage! So many details that we appreciated from the extra linens and towels to the hand soap and complimentary coffee and tea bar! It was clean and cozy. We loved all of the outdoor and indoor games plus the grill and multiple seating areas. The firepit was cozy with plenty of seating. The kids loved the bicycles! And we were close enough to the state park/beach area to walk and avoid parking and traffic. Laurie provided clear and prompt communication which was very appreciated. Love love love this cottage! We are already planning next year's trip!
